No matter when we schedule repairs, Auto Nation Scottsdale takes up to 3 days to evaluate our vehicle. Recently, we dropped off our vehicle off on Sat, but it wasn't looked at until Monday. If we had known the delay, we would have waited until Monday to drop it off. We had several recall issues that weren't addressed. Auto Nation could have ordered the parts. So after waiting 4 days for our vehicle to be available for pickup, we were told that they didn't have the parts, and that we would have to take it another Ford location. Just ridiculous and Unprofessional.

I stated very clearly that I needed air put in my tires. I was told that is part of the inspection. My tire pressure was already low when I arrived. When I left it was still low. So obviously they didn’t check the pressure. It clearly reads on the sticker inside the drivers door 36 pounds for each tire. I have 29 to 30 pounds. Also a complementary car wash would have gone a long way with me. Unfortunately it wasn’t done.

A very frustrating experience. Feels as though I am stuck with them since I purchased a service package with the new truck. But their scheduling folks are absolutely clueless, and will tell you anything. I have had issues both times I have taken my truck in for service. Most recently the scheduler promised me a loaner; I emphasized this over and over as I needed to get around for work, and the answers were yes, yes, yes. Of course, when I arrived this was not true. No loaner available. Wasted an hour in driving and truck did not receive any service. Hopefully they can prorate the service package and give me my $$ back. Plenty of good mechanics in town not to waste $$s on autonation.

I used their online system for scheduling, and it was super easy. Since it was my first time to this dealership, I opted for Any Advisor. I was set up with Andrew, and he has been great to work with. Upfront with communication, personable, and helped me work around getting repairs done while picking up kids from school in the afternoons. Paid an insane amount of money for my so called deluxe warranty, which when I read though essentially covered the truck top to bottom - Motor or turbo goes out on the highway - $100 ded and they'll replace at any AN with oem parts. 6 months later i bring my truck in after waiting a week, just to be told they wont cover EGT sensor, and cold side tube on the motor which when it blew could have caused a bunch of motor damage. so they push warranties that don't really even cover anything that could realistically happen, and then fall back on "well its not us, its the warranty company which is 3rd party". nor would they offer any loaner vehicle. I thought my experience was different - but they are just like any other dealership and are unwilling to not be liars. which is why everyone HATES going to dealers. they just deny everything, and say it isn't their issue. waste of time and money.

Two weeks prior my vehicle was in and the appointment went fine, except we needed to order some more parts, so we rescheduled for another time. No problem! All parts were in so a day was picked and Vehicle had a schedule pickup appt for 8:00am. Picked up around 9:00 which was within there 2 hr window. The whole day went by without any communication, even though I left several Phone Messages to return my call. About 6 o’clock in the evening a service individual name Brandan that was supposed to be My service associate answer the phone. I asked what the issue was and all he could say was we were short people that day so my Vehicle never made it into service. I asked why I wasn’t informed of that as I could’ve used my vehicle all day and rescheduled. Nothing but excuses was given. He never assured me he would have it either done or would be provide me with a vehicle the next day by 11 AM. 1 PM that following day, I called and had to leave a message as I didn’t receive my vehicle or another to drive. Called three or four more times throughout the day and got no one. Finally about 5:30 in the afternoon A woman answered my call. She tried to tell me that Brandan said he sent the quote the day before and never received any a reply back to fix The vehicle. Totally untrue as my quote came two weeks earlier and all the parts were in ready to go. I received a text following that call telling me that I have receive my vehicle by 10 AM the following morning. Not true! About 12 PM I Call them once again. Andrew picked up the phone Which was the service individual I had two weeks prior. He Requested I trust him that he would take care of it That afternoon and get it back to me as soon as possible. Quite honestly, he was embarrassed by how bad Service was and not even a phone call back From anyone in two days. A few hours later, Andrew came through and got me back my vehicle. This whole debacle made me cancel a vacation trip I had for that weekend As I was supposed to leave two days earlier. To be honest, this was easily the worst service I’ve ever had For anything. I’m not sure if this is a normal thing or not but there’s one thing I do know Is that no one seems to care very much about simple communication when things aren’t quite going the way they should. Kind of turned in to something a whole lot bigger than it needed to be as they could’ve just returned my vehicle and we could’ve rescheduled for another time. No, Discount offered For the service I received, no discount for a future service for the hopes that I might return another time. Just really overall a ridiculous experience! I’ve sat on this for over a week as I don’t normally like to leave a review especially a negative one. It was just so bad that I finally had to do it.

I just bought a 2018 Raptor (120k miles) 3 weeks ago. It has a rattle on cold start, it's smoking (tail pipe n under the whole carriage) and the tranny loses power in between gears in normal drive mode and kicks like a Bronco in sport mode. Kevin my advisor was courteous & listen to concerns. Next day I had a well spoken video from the tech Corbin that explained what he did found. I had some follow up questions for the advisor he answered quicking and thoroughly via text. I did have do some more research on why we have to wait to figure out the tranny issue. If I had of asked I have no doubt he would of explained further. So far its been a very good experience. I will update later. Our cam phasers needs to be replaced btw. We had been told by Rodeo Ford the truck was fine. ** UPDATE **** Corbin had that job do e in a week! *** Kevin kept me posted when asked. *** Thank you AutoNation Ford!!!

I set an appointment with Brandon Savary. It was the first appointment for my daughter’s Bronco. I arrived a few minutes early but Brandon was quick to come out and greet me. He was polite, friendly, and ready to help. We discussed why I was there and if there were any additional issues that I wanted looked at. Brandon asked if I was leaving the vehicle or waiting. I chose to wait. He gave me an approximate time of service and pointed me to the waiting area. The area was clean and I was asked more than once if I needed anything. Before long the vehicle was ready and the time was less than communicated. Brandon wrapped up the visit with the same courtesies that he displayed when I arrived. Overall, my experience was OUTSTANDING! I will have this vehicle serviced with Brandon from now on!

Purchased a vehicle through here. Bought the extended warranty, they told me that I could take it to any autonation to get the vehicle service and fixed. Made a call today because a check engine light turned on within 2 days of purchasing this vehicle, and they told me I have to call the Dodge autonation. Scam company, do not purchase from these guys. Edit: I love the absolutely generic and bs reply they left me. I have yet to receive a call from them just so everyone is aware.

I found a vehicle online that I was interested in but it was in another state. I reached out and asked the salesman to send me detailed pictures of the exterior of the vehicle so I could see any damage that may be on the vehicle even though the Carfax was clean. He sends me the same pix that are online! (Ok..weird..but let's keep moving) So as we proceeded to work the deal for shipping..I examined the pictures and realized there was a dent in the rear quarter panel that was slightly noticeable..but the lights and angle either hid the size or maybe just made it look bigger than it was..either way..I asked them to have it removed and they got it about 95 percent out! Ok..so the vehicle get shipped (without me knowing if it was repaired or not..didn't find out until after it was shipped) that the dent was mostly removed but not completely. So I received the vehicle and found several other dents that were HIGHLY noticeable but obviously not on the pictures. THAT IS THE EXACT reason I asked for detailed pictures so I could prepare myself for what I was purchasing. Seeing the damage on the body is not a deal breaker..just would have been nice to know and not been surprised after I took delivery. Kind of made me feel like the damage was being kept a secret because once you took delivery theres nothing you can do about it! Of course with a used car unseen and as is..you always risk something...but knowing that the sale was over the phone/Online..just feels like the salesman should have been detailed and honest about the other small damages to the vehicle instead of just letting it go with no heads up! Now I have a vehicle thats for my wife that I need to take to a body shop to repair the small but NOTICEABLE issues so it will be NICER to present to her. Moral of the story..MAKE SURE..if you ask for detailed pictures...YOU BE SPECIFIC AND GET THOSE DETAILED PICTURES so you dont get any unwanted surprises on the delivery end! Now Im having to invest more to get it repaired when it would have been nice to know on the front end! UPSIDE..vehicle drives great so far..have only put about 50/75 miles on it..interior is 9/10.. its just the cosmetics that are an inconvenience.

He answered all my questions made me feel valued as a customer, and his service techs did a wonderful job with my vehicle. I got a shuttle home and they picked me up when my truck was completed.
