I have engaged with AJ for the past week and a half with him saying that he would come out to my residence and work on the suspension of my vehicle. He was not only a no-show every day but would text me that evening and make a promise to show up the following day. I would not recommend him to show up on any appointment that he would make the previous day. A person's patience can stand only for so long!! [In response to your Response] The reason I rescheduled was due to the rain, but you scheduled 3 days in a row you would come out but never showed-up nor a taxed informing me about your inability to make said appointments. Your response is very inaccurate does not tell the truth.

I've had very positive experiences with this company. Customer service is top notch, calls and texts are returned almost instantaneously. A mechanic arrived exactly when he said he would. He was very patient with me, and both extremely knowledgeable and thorough with the initial diagnostics. He saved me money on parts, and was willing to work around my schedule. I personally won't use anyone else. He's very honest and trustworthy and I wouldn't hesitate recommending him to my friends and family.

DO NOT SUE THEM!!! I scheduled an appointment with AJ and even spoke with him 10 min before the appointment to make sure he would be on time. When the time came for the appointment he did not show up. Foolishly i gave him a second chance. Again spoke to him to make sure he would be there for the appointment as i had things to do and blocked this time out for him to be there. Again he didnt show up. When i called he didnt answer, i texted and no answer. I will NEVER give him another chance and will definitely not be referring him to anyone else that i know, actually the complete opposite. AVOID them.

AJ initially helped me find an alternator at a cheaper price. Awesome! Thank you! So I got the alternator and serpentine belt, AJ came to install it. That he did. In doing so, he broke an air conditioning line when it wasn't broken prior to the repair. So now the AC freon just sprays out the front when filled and turned on. AC obviously no longer works.I spoke with AJ the same day of the alternator repair and informed him. He said he would order the part and come out and replace the line at no cost. I started calling and texting him after a week of waiting with no update, got no answer. Finally after the second week he responds via text apologizing saying he was sick. Ok cool. It happens we all get sick. He asked me to send him pictures to make sure the hose he got was correct. So I did. That was the last time he ever responded to me. I have called and left countless voicemail messages, I have texted over and over even just asking him to respond back to me. He never did and still has not called or answered any of my texts on the issue to this day. I do not recommend a business owner who does not have integrity and pride in their business who does not fulfill a promise and commitment they had made and someone who just abandons all communication back with a customer who they promised to fix a mistake they had made. Sadly I thought I found a good mobile mechanic to use, but after ghosting me and refusing to answer or call me back and refuses to answer any text messages which all have been nice and understanding is unacceptable in my eyes for anyone who runs a business and is said business owner. October 15th 2025 was the last time he answered or responded to me. I have attempted over and over again to call and text him with no answer, no call back, and no response to my texts. Again, I do not recommend sadly. Today is December 11th 2025 with no response still. Edit to response. I spoke with you over the phone the same day you did the alternator repair, and you did tell me you were going to cover the part and labor as it was your error for damaging the ac line. You never once specified that i had to pay for the part that you damaged. If that was the case I wouldve just sucked it up and paid for the hose if thats what was needed, but I shouldn't have had to pay for a part that you damaged from a result of replacing the alternator and having to move it out of the way to squeeze that part out and in as you stated to me thats what you had to do. Plus you never called me back, answered my calls, returned my texts. Nothing. You straight up ghosted me. So the fact that you said you never did it because you never received payment for the part is 100% false. I have reached out to you every couple of days literally calling and texting asking you to call me back or respond to my texts and calls and I never received anything. Your response tells me you do not remember our conversation over the phone shortly after you replaced the alternator one bit as you specifically stated the line isn't that much, you will pick it up and install it at no cost since you broke it. Edit to business owners edited response: No, you did not state on the phone that you were not covering the part. You stated that you would pick up the part and come back to install it at no additional costs to me because it was damaged by you. Again, my main issue and reasoning, is due to the fact that you straight up ignored all of my attempts to call and text you to get a response back. You never responded with anything. Last I heard was when you asked for pictures to match the part. I sent you the pictures and that was it. You straight up ignored and ghosted me for over 2 months until I made this review.

I have a 2014 ML350 Bluetech AJ is by far one of the most honest and hardworking mechanics I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with. Fair rates, knowledgeable and willing to work. If a problem arises he doesn’t give up, he exhausts every possible option. The car is riding great, I look forward to scheduling again in the next few weeks for the rest of the work on the Benz and any future work on my Benz and my Lexus.
