HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! THEY WILL SAY ANYTHING TO MAKE A SALE WITH NO FOLLOW UP OR HONEST EFFORT TO ENSURE YOUR SATISFACTION. TERRIBLY FAKE AND DISINGENUOUS PEOPLE WHO CARE NOTHING ABOUT YOU, the customer who feels tiny and insignificant and unimportant AFTER THE SALE. GO ELSEWHERE FOR QUALITY SERVICE AND HONORABLE EMPLOYEES!! Pics below are of corroded battery terminals they put back on a NEW BATTERY, absolutely filthy cabin filter and ripped positive battery terminal cover. There were some lights out and the audio interface doesn’t work properly either but they’ve done NOTHING to correct or address my issues with a product they sold me. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE

Auto Nation Ford Scottsdale was an awesome place to take my 2025 Ford bronco in to be fixed. Jerry from service department was so nice and very informative kept in touch with me though through the whole process. My transmission went out the day before Christmas Eve and had to have it towed there that night The next day I was on the phone with Jerry he was able to get me a rental car and he even got me a lift to Enterprise to pick up a car. Christy Denny and the rest of the team at Autonation Ford Scottsdale made our experience extremely easy and stress free. My wife and I came in with a goal number on leasing a new '25 Mach E GT, and within an hour we were right where we wanted without a bunch of back and forth. We'd highly recommend them to anyone!

I went there once and we couldn't come to an agreement. No big deal. Days later I see a "similar truck" on their website for almost 2k cheaper. I texted the same sales person as before to verify the truck's availability and price. He confirmed both. I have text messages asking about certain trucks and pricing. I went back there, did the test drive and the whole song and dance. They then came back with a higher price then the first time. It turns out they tried to sell me the same exact truck as before. Extremely unprofessional and they do not honor any deal on they internet. Would recommend going somewhere else.

Sales and financing were good and not too bad to deal with. My 4 star comes from the detail department. I bought a brand new Ford Maverick and the sales guy was like its going to get detailed it wont be long. Every over vehicle I have purchased from elsewhere take hours to make sure that vehicle looks perfect. This place seems like all they do is run it through water and air only drive through car wash a spray a little tire dressing. I know I didnt get the nicest truck in the world but should be treated as I did.

I took my F150 in for a transmission issue and i knew would be a there for few days. They had my truck done quick and for a good price on parts and labor. Best part is, When I told them I couldn’t get off work in time to get my truck before they closed, the service writer brandon said they could deliver it to me free of charge. Great experience with these guys overall.

I had no intention of purchasing a car when I went to the dealership. I was only there to shop and look around. But I did have a car in mind and I had a number that I needed to work with. After meeting with the sales person and the manager, we were able to make a deal very easily and I had no choice but the purchase the car and drive off the lot that day. Out of all the car transactions I’ve ever been through, this was by far the easiest transaction and car purchase experience I’ve ever had.

In comparison to my prior service to now working with Will as my service advisor, it was night and day!! I have to say I had a terrible experience prior to Will. You can look up and see who I dealt with. He did not address my concerns. He had my truck sitting there and I did not find him to be accommodating one bit. With Will, I must tell you I had a good vibe from the start when I spoke to him to schedule my service. He listened to me. I addressed all my concerns we schedule the appointment and overall, he was very accommodating over the phone when I personally dropped off my truck. He was very consistent. He set my expectations and delivered phenomenally. I have to say I have other vehicles that I've taken to other dealerships Will is by far the best experience I've ever dealt with over the many many years. He kept me up-to-date on my vehicle. He delivered earlier than expected and even fix my problem that wasn't fixed prior. He even text me with an update and also said your vehicle is ready. Can we set up a pick up? I did not get any of those accommodations on my prior service back in November. Please praise Will and recognize him as he is again by far the best service advisor in my whole experience. I hope you take this feedback and acknowledge my great experience! Again I lost hope with the prior experience and I did not feel comfortable calling you again. I'm glad I did and I'm glad I got Will to be my service advisor.

I'm leaving a second review here as well as on the service page. This place is awful, they fail to properly detail and check the vehicles they sell. Sell faulty warranties to you. We were specifically told any autonation will accept to repair our truck we bought. Called yesterday and was told to fly a kite. They told me on their other review that they'll reach out after seeing this one star. That would be amazing, it'll be the first time I'd get communication from these guys so I won't hold my breath. They just want your money, plain and simple. They sell a warranty, then submit it for repair even if it's a day since you purchased the vehicle so they can get paid out on the repair. That's probably why the check engine light on the truck we purchased turned on 2 days after buying it and there was absolutely zero coolant in it. Edit: They gave me a phone number to call the "gm" which is just their main line that goes directly to the AI answering service. Making it look like they want to make right on bad reviews. If he cared they would give his actual number or called me. Just solidifying the need for people to truly just go somewhere else.

I had taken my 2023 Bronco into AutoNation Ford in Scottsdale for the 30,000 mile service and I continue to be very impressed with this dealerships service department. Friendly service advisor and skilled technicians did an outstanding job. Dealership offers free Lyft rides too which is “ Pretty cool. 😎”

I worked with Gregory Spanos who was very friendly, capable and accommodating. He found the type of car we expressed an interest in on the lot. We were able to go on a test drive and complete purchase paperwork the same day. On pick up day he walked us through downloading the Ford app and how to operate the vehicle. I had an excellent experience at AutoNation Scottsdale and wanted to give a big shoutout to my salesman, Adam. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. I had been searching for the right truck for months and had dealt with plenty of dealerships and salespeople along the way. Unfortunately, most of those experiences involved high pressure and pushy tactics. My experience at AutoNation Scottsdale was the complete opposite. Adam and the team were straightforward, respectful, and easy to work with the entire time. They gave me a great value for my trade-in and were able to work out a deal on a truck I had been trying to find for a long time. What really stood out to me was that they weren’t pushy at all. After months of dealing with sales pressure, that alone made a huge difference. To be honest, by the time I walked in I was pretty burnt out from the car-buying process and probably wasn’t the most pleasant customer to deal with. Despite that, Adam and the team handled everything with professionalism and a smile. In my opinion, what separates a good dealership from the rest isn’t just their willingness to make deals—it’s being transparent, direct, and supportive throughout every step of the process. That’s exactly what I experienced here. If you’re looking for a dealership that treats you with respect and keeps the process straightforward, I’d highly recommend AutoNation Scottsdale and working with Adam.
