Horrible customer service! I am a senior citizen and may not have been explaining what i needed done. The service person made no attempt to be helpful. I called a few days before was told they could help but needed me to bring the the car to get the specifics etc. The service person declined to go to my car.

I purchased a new Jeep Gladiator in 2023 and wanted to have the sound system fully upgraded with speakers, amps, and custom sub. I went to audio express in Scottsdale, considering I've used this company in the past. I was ensured a quality installation and stated they work on high-end vehicles every day. Over a year of trial and error, visiting the store 13 times in attempts to get the system operating correctly. To this day, there is still a crackle when turning up the sound. Despite their best efforts, they are unable to fix the start / stop issue. I was told they that with today's technology, amplifiers are built to accommodate this. A Jeep Gladiator not being a high-end vehicle, I thought this would be an easy resolution. I gave them a 2 star because their manager truly tried everything they could to get it right. Unfortunately, I'm stuck with a very expensive stereo system that doesn't work properly.

My radio/nav system died in my 2011 4runner and AudioExpress updated it with a modern system with wireless CarPlay. It was a relatively expensive upgrade for an older vehicle, but it only has 150k miles and the older nav system is the only thing that made it feel like an older vehicle. So new audio is cheaper than a new car!!

Walked in not knowing what I wanted. They helped me build out a system within my price range and gave me advice on where to go cheap vs quality. I walked out with a quote and didn’t feel any pressure to buy anything. Sat on it for a month and ended up purchasing 4 Apline component speakers for my doors, a 5 channel Amp and a 12” Kicker sub-woofer. Clean install, only took a day, and the manager gave me updates on their progress. I LOVE this system! The Alpine speakers were probably good enough, but I wanted to relive my high school years….will probably rock a sub-woofer until I’m in a nursing home! If you are looking to upgrade your audio system, Brenton will hook you up!

Glenn at Audio Express is absolutely awesome. He’s a wealth of knowledge, very kind and patient, answered all my questions/concerns, and helped me decide which subs/amp would be best for my needs. The factory BMW Bowers & Wilkins Diamond Audio system is fantastic, but lacks one thing: big, deep, thundering bass. Glenn personally installed the sub’s/amp and did a remarkably clean install. I brought in my 2007 Ford van for an alarm system with automatic door locks. I wasn't sure if they were going to be able to do it because the wiring on my Van had been modified at the dome light. The manager called me up and told me that it was going to work out kept me in the loop. Their tech figured it out did a great job. I also had an issue with some of my stock wiring, which they found out for me. Great guys. I will be using them again for my stereo system.
