I purchased custom luxury sheepskin covers from an unknown company online and realized it was a BBB nightmare company, with a very poor rating, so I was lucky enough to get the order cancelled in time! However, I still wanted a pair to gift a relative who resides in a cold weather area. That's when I began scouring the internet and was fortunate enough to find The CAR GUYS OF SCOTTSDALE! I met with Mr. Hank and he was beyond wonderful in helping me select the best color for the vehicle and with shipment of the seat covers. His knowledge, professionalism and kindness, made me feel at ease, and that I had made the right choice of ordering from his company, lucky me! The covers arrived to their location, within a few weeks and they did not disappoint! They are absolutely beautiful, dense and super soft. Absolutely luxurious and not imitation material! The recipient was beyond thrilled to receive them! I'm so glad I was able to find a local business, that offers high quality products for your vehicle. I have worked with Stephen and Car Guys of Scottsdale for over 7 years with my vehicles and can’t overstate the value they provide and care taken in all services provided. I have had everything from window tinting, radar detector hardwiring, dash cam hardwiring, wheel powder coating and interior cleaning and restoration. They are capable of providing 3D printed mounts and fully custom pieces to fit the interior and owner’s wishes. They are always knowledgeable and huge car enthusiasts themselves. My vehicles are always returned in better condition than I dropped off and the time, pricing and completion dates are always kept. I will get status updates on larger projects along with any findings or suggestions to keep things on track. Huge value for the quality of service and care provided.

My wife and I are snowbirds. We were looking at options to store our car while out of town. Called several local/national storage companies. There options were just too limited. We finally reached out to Car Guys of Scottsdale. They had several options from indoor temperature controlled to bi-monthly service checks at our apartment location. We chose bi-monthly, and Steve and his crew did an exceptional job of servicing our car for six months. They were always on time twice a month. They serviced the car to maintain the battery, etc. They included a video of the work being done. They did exceptional work at a fair price. Their level of professionalism and service is so rare to find today. It was greatly appreciated and the peace of mind we experienced made our 1st year as snowbirds more enjoyable by reducing any car maintenance/security anxiety. We would highly recommend them for any car maintenance needs.

Steve is the best! I can't say enough good things. Very detail oriented and reliable. I thought I was running into Costco for just a couple of things (yes, it can be done) and came out to a completely dead battery. Amazingly Costco does not have a jump box, nor anyone that can jump a car. I purchased a jump box but before I could hook it up, a nice man offered to help by jumping my battery. Unfortunately, after many attempts, it still would not start. I called The Car Guys of Scottsdale, got an immediate answer and a quick and fair quote. Stephen Hank was amazing, knew exactly what he was doing and made a bummer situation absolutely pleasant. He has earned all of my business and I will be telling everyone I know about him! I wanted to share how amazing of an experience I had with Stephen at Car guys of Scottsdale. My rims were damaged at Discount Tire and I was very hesitant to let someone else work on my car after that. After reaching out to Stephen, he was able to source brand new rims for my vehicle. His dedication to quality work is unlike anything I have seen in this industry, keeping me up to date every step of the way through shipping and pictures while work was being done on the car. He wouldn’t even accept delivery of the new rims until he inspected all of them, ensuring there were no flaws at all. He also did an alignment and oil change while it was in the shop and got it all done affordably and in a very timely manner. I got to take a look around his shop while I was there and as a car enthusiast it was awesome to see the cars he was working on and how nice the shop itself was. This car has never driven so straight and smoothly. I’m beyond happy with this experience and will be taking all my work to him in the future. I recommend you do the same.

If I could give Stephen with Car Guys of Scottsdale more stars, I would. The Service and customer service he provided was exceptional! Quick, affordable and amazing work! Stephen and Hayden, his lead technician know what they are doing! We purchased a GMC Canyon for our son and wanted some cool upgrades for him. We had him complete the following: Front grill update to black emblems Front door elevation black emblems Rear tailgate  update to GMC black emblems and CANYON emblems Battery testing and subsequent AGM battery replacement DUB IR Ultra luxury window tint ALL came out amazing! We needed to keep the truck hidden from our son to surprise him properly once the work was done and Stephen allowed us to keep the truck in his garage over the weekend until we returned from a trip! We are so thankful for the great customer service and amazing work!
