Do not trust them, they come up with 100 excuses. Warranty is not legitimate either, they tried telling me that I had to pay for the technicians time ($2,500), took the car back to the dealer where I got it, and that's when I realized how poor there work is and they never actually fixed the real issue. Be smart and do your due diligence.

I went to Jiffy Lube for my BMW (needed a quick)oil change and they couldn’t help me as they didn’t have the correct filter. I called Tech Plus Automotive towards the end of the night, customer service was exceptional. They have fixed two different vehicles with varying degrees of issues. In both cases they came through quickly and did a tremendous job on cleaning the spilled fluids under the hood and fixing it with a 2 year 24,000 mile warranty. They are honest and told me the truth when they could've easily taken advantage of me. I used to be a mechanic, so I always knew what the problem was going in but didn't tell them and they are always right and honest about it. I trust them and would send my grandmother to them.

I highly recommend Tech Plus automotive. I bought a cayman in California and had it shipped here . Brought it to Tech Plus for an inspection. They were so helpful, thorough, knowledgeable and honest. In fact, on initial inspection they recommended to change the timing belt, they ordered the part from Porsche and schedule me for the repair. Once they got into the transmission they found the belt was is good shape and prob has another 20k miles on it. They let me know, returned the part and only fixed the things that needed to be addressed . . . No upsell. . . No B.S. prices are good, scheduling is easy, and work is well done,

Picked up my 2006 Range Rover that I have had in storage for over a year. Due to storage location closing (neighbor app host) I had to fly in and pick it up at the hottest time of year. The car was previously purchased at auction, unfortunately soon after a few life events popped up overseas and I was not able to make the trip to pick it up and take it back to Maryland until last week. I pick it up, jump start and everything roars to life. I had booked an oil change with tech plus for the following day, I wanted to make sure everything was running ok. I make it about 4 miles up the road to get a car wash, pay for the wash and get ready to drive in when the car dies. After researching codes I contact AAA and have it towed to Tech Plus automotive. Jeff at tech plus was amazing to work with to diagnose and see what we could get fixed before the July 4th holiday. First this was new massive battery, the replace the crankshaft sensor (according to codes) and find where the coolant was leaking from. A leak was identified and parts ordered, as it was late in the day July 3rd by now and it was estimated to be a 5+ hour job, the tech walked me through what needed to be done and what tools etc.. I may need. I am very happy with the work done, making the recommendations and checking out the car before my 2200 mile journey back. The good news is, I replaced the leaking component successfully and also replaces the waterpump as the bearings had failed causing it leak. I am 1400 miles into my 2200 mile trip and so far so good, no issues! Thank you again for the great service!

I found this company earlier this year (2025) when I needed an oil change and everything seemed fine. Employees seemed nice and respectful and I felt comfortable with bringing my car there, until this last experience. I brought my car in because I had a “suspension fault” notice on my dashboard and wanted it fixed and an oil change and just an overall inspection. While I was there, I was told there is some coolant leak and they topped off the coolant. The tech advisor suggested that if I notice a leak, to be sure to top it off and never noticing a leak prior to bringing the car in, I never thought much about it. I wanted to evaluate the cost of everything and told them I would call when I am ready and the advisor said just give us a couple of days to order parts and we would be able to get it all done. I said not a problem and that sounds good. By the time I arrived home, roughly about five mile drive, all the coolant leaked out completely. Now I understood hoses get worn out over time and that might have been the issue. My main concern here is that I should have been advised not to drive the car at all and get the coolant leak fixed because that could lead to more damage to the engine. I was never told that and paying for an inspection without full details on all issues is simply poor business practice and I am very disappointed Fast forward a few days after... the manager Marlee reached out and we had a great conversation. As a business owner myself, I always would appreciate the opportunity to make things right and that's exactly what happened here. Marlee was on top of everything and we came to an agreement and I must say that I am very pleased with the outcome. I certainly feel comfortable taking my car back here again and I will go back for future repairs. This is an organization that takes ownership and goes above and beyond to correct any issues. From my initial contact with Jeff through picking up my vehicle, this was an outstanding experience. I initially contacted Tech Plus via their web appointment service while I was out of town and arranged to bring my classic Jaguar in for service. Jeff reached out to me to review the scope of the work and set the appointment. Throughout the servicing, the communication was excellent. I received a detailed review of the recommended work to be done and could easily select individual items or authorize all of the work. The work was completed on time and the cost was very reasonable for scope of the job. My car is running beautifully and I will most certainly have Tech Plus Automotive service it again in the future.
