I went in to have my car's wheel bearings fixed as they were in really bad shape. He was able to fit me in later that same week. The day he inspected the bearings he called me to explain what was wrong, what the repair would be, how much it would cost. I will go again should/as other issues come up. I very much appreciate the courtesy and skill shown.

Jason was completely honest with me throughout the whole process. I know next to nothing about cars, and it is clear that they are working to help- not to make money. They informed me of everything I needed to get fixed in my car, and gave me true advice instead of throwing a quote at me and forcing me to get it fixed. I have never heard of a car shop that would advise someone to get a new car, especially as my messed up hunk of metal + lack of knowledge would have been a huge chance for them to make a lot of money! This shop truly lives up to the word “Integrity,” I will be going back for as long as I live in the Rochester area!

This shop just saved me $400 after the dealer recommended brake pads and rotors on my car that only had 25k miles on it. The dealer used the "oh you're a mom. You don't want to be driving on bad breaks this winter" ploy. Integrity checked them and those brakes have another 20k miles to go on them! This isn't the first time Integrity has done the right thing. Very honest shop. Would give them a 10 star rating if I could.

I have been using Integrity for years. I have had both minor and major repairs performed. This is an honest shop, and Greg explains the choices clearly. When you have work done, it can be done as cheaply as possible, or with better quality parts with a care for safety and long term wear. Integrity chooses the latter. I have had a couple of repairs that have been on the order of $1K, and have always had the problem(s) explained to me and seen the damage to the car, and a good explanation as to what the parts cost and the labor involved, and what my other options might be. I have also brought my car in sure thane thing was wrong, and left with a much cheaper repair being done to fix the problem. I have never felt taken advantage of, or felt that unnecessary work was done. Greg and his employees are trustworthy.

As a young female, finding a trustworthy car shop can be a daunting task. Recommended to me by a friend, I began taking my car to Integrity Auto a few years ago. They are honest, reliable, and efficient. Example 1: I took my car in to get all 4 wheels aligned. I received a call later in the day saying that my tires didn't need a full alignment, just a small adjustment, and that I would only be charged for the work done. Example 2: My car didn't start one night, so I scheduled Integrity and their preferred towing service to pick my car up in the next day. When the tow truck got to my car, it miraculously started. Integrity called me to ask what I wanted to do. I went ahead and had the car taken to Integrity to get everything checked out. And even though they spent considerable time on my car, the charge was negligible, as they didn't find anything wrong. I have since recommend this shop to other friends who have had similarly positive experiences.

Integrity Auto goes above and beyond to provide incredible customer service and their name is well deserved. A friend recommended this place to me after she had a few great experiences so I thought I would give it a try. My fiancee had her car inspected and Greg (the owner) was very nice and helpful and it was an overall excellent experience. Today, when my car would not start, I decided to have it towed to Integrity. They determined the issue was a dealer only fix so I unfortunately had to have it towed to a dealer, but they did not charge me a dime. I cannot stress enough how friendly, helpful, and honest the staff are, especially Greg. There's no reason to worry about being "ripped off" or charged for work that doesn't need to be done. AND, on top of the customer service, the labor rate is the same (if not lower) than most other garages. Overall, an A+ company!

Jay's is simply the best. Honest, kind, and fair. I moved to the area nearly 10 years ago, found Integrity Auto shortly thereafter and never went anywhere else. Jay has always been the mechanic that serviced my wife's and my vehicles, and we are so excited that he is now the official owner! You get what you pay for, and then some, with Jay. He is a good person, skilled mechanic, and truly cares about the customers he has. I work on Keuka lake and was having some issues with my vehicle due to another service shop messing with my car - I went to the other shop for convenience purposes only, otherwise I would have gone to Jay's in the first place. I brought the car to Jay, he made the necessary repairs, and called me a couple hours later to make sure I got to Keuka lake safely. I mean, that's the kind of guy he is. If you want the best, go to Jay's Integrity Auto!

Hands down best repair shop experience I have ever had. Jason is amazing. I bring my cars to this shop as well as my father with his cars and he’s phenomenal every time. My most recent visit was after a Mr. Tire did an incorrect job on my Civic causing a transmission fluid leak and other issues, Jason helped me back on the road good as new in a matter of 24 hours for an amazing price. These guys arent in it for the money. Theyre in it to help folks. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Rochester area. Thank you Jason.

I was very impressed with the excellent service, and very reasonable price. Driving down from Toronto, I had to fly out of Rochester airport but my older Pontiac Montana had engine exhaust getting into the vehicle. Jay said I could leave the car with him while I completed my trip. He called me ;the next day with the options. There was some very bad rusting that required some welding if it was going to even be possible to repair this without a major expense (as in, maybe it's time for a new vehicle). I had meant to thank Jay and his excellent team earlier, but now that it has been a couple of months, I can report that their work is holding up well - no exhaust smell and car is quiet like it was bought yesterday. Thank you so much - your company name actually is the truth!

Jay fixed in 5 hours what I was having trouble with for months and he fixed it at a great rate, keeping me involved in the entire process. If you're looking for a mechanic, you've found your mechanic for the rest of your life. Jay is by far the best mechanic I've ever had. He's trustworthy, kind, communicative, and skilled. He always fixes whatever issue my car throws at him. I'm someone who hates having a car, isn't mechanically inclined, and is wary of getting taken advantage of by mechanics. Jay is very different from other mechanics I've had in the past. Every time I thank him for being so honest and helpful, he points right back to the name of his company and the word "integrity." No better way to sum him up. Every time I take my car to Jay's, me and my dog are always treated with exceptional service. Not only do I know my car is being taken care of by an honest and reliable set of hands, but my dog also gets a treat from those same hands. All in all, we both walk out of there happy.
