The service here is so terrible! The guy is very rude and disrespectful! He charged me an arm and a leg, he lied about having the size tires I needed because he was too lazy to look for them! He didn’t give me the option to leave my old tires, instead he loaded the tires in the back of my truck! He thought he wasn’t gonna balance my tires after initially thinking he wasn’t gonna mount my tires! What in the world would I pay $190 for 4 used tires and not have them mounted and balanced! This guy is a joke and I strongly suggest that no one go here! I would recommend this place to my worst enemy! I regret spending my money with them but the service was non negotiable and non refundable! So I was scammed into using this JC TIRE 2 company against my own judgement! I shouldn’t of had to pay until he was completely finished, instead he made me pay before he done any work! Again this place has rude and inconsiderate employees! They are a scam, and are extremely disrespectful! I advise any and everyone to not go to JC TIRE#2! I can’t say for not knowing about the other locations customer services!

My tire had given out on Rocky Creek, so I pulled into the Rocky Creek Foods location. After panicking and sitting there a few minutes, I was reminded there was a tire shop adjacent to the grocery store. Was rolled over and tire was changed in 15 mins at an economical price. I was very pleased with the good customer service given. Applause!

Didn’t catch the owners name but he literally saved us from delaying our trip home! We were traveling through Macon on our way home to Kentucky when we blew our tire on I 75. We quickly put on our spare and called this place looking for someone with our tire size in stock. Not only did he have it he had a used one so it saved us some $$. Super fast and awesome service! Highly recommend!

I won't do business here again. I went in to get 2 used tires for the front of my vehicle, cost $100. I was initially told the back ones were ok. I left with a shaky ride. I went back and was told the back ones were now bad, so they replaced them for another $100 dollars. I still left shaky. I went back again at least 2 more times about the shake. Each time, they changed out a tire or 2 and said I should be ok. I went elsewhere for an oil change a d they said one of my tires looked "unsafe". So, I went back to JC Tires again and was then told I had a wheel bearing issue. Fast forward, I finally took the car to a reputable dealer and was told the tires that JC Tire sold me were "unsafe". I ended buying all new tires and was out of $200 dealing with JC Tire because they said pretty much " too bad" and that they dont refund anything. All of this happened in about a week's time. I will never go there again.
