Last night my fiancé noticed that his muffler was hanging unusually low. He had been traveling all weekend and feared there might be some serious and expensive damage – not good news the week before Christmas. There website says they open at 8 am. When I got there the sign said 8:30. I waited untill 8:30. And even called there number and left a message asking them to call me back. I never heard from them. I went to Scotty's Muffler on Shirlington. I was very happy with the way I was treated and the price.

Very prompt service and down to earth people. Before this I had taken my car to another shop where the owner said he'll have to order the part for the repairs. I agreed and called him 3 days later if the part arrived yet. He never picked up nor did he call me back even though I left him two voice messages. Now Macon muffler quickly assessed my needs and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes (no extra part needed ); and the job cost me five times less than what the other muffler shop had quoted. Now why did this other shop treat me like this? I reserve my comments. But thank you Macon muffler. You restored my faith in the goodness of humanity.
