Staff was personable and friendly. Everyone was knowledgeable which made me comfortable. I went in for an oil change and to get my wiper blades replaced. They were moderately busy when I got there, but I was still in and out in 20 minutes or less. It was a pleasant experience for sure!

I had an excellent experience at the Jiffy Lube on Gray Hwy in Macon. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation—no appointment was needed and there was no wait for service. My vehicle was thoroughly inspected, with air added to my tires and fluids topped off. The team even pointed out a gash in one of my tires that I wasn’t aware of, which was truly a godsend! Kaitlyn did a fantastic job explaining my oil options, and Kendric, Robert, and Noel took great care of my car. They even let my 6-year-old watch the service from a distance, since he is a budding car enthusiast. The service was quick, thorough, and knowledgeable from start to finish. I highly recommend this location!
