Robert as well as Nate are not professional . Kept my daughter's truck claiming this that and the other . Being sure to keep the tab running . Didn't do any work or put new parts on it and the bill was 1500 . NEVER AGAIN WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH THEM !!

Solid group of hardworking guys, Robert treated us like family since the 1st phone conversation and provided more assistance than we could have ever expected, my daughter was broken down 12+ hrs away from home and these guys made it a priority to have her safely back on the road ASAP and they did exactly that, for around half the price Firestone quoted me! Thanks again Robert and friends all the way from Northwest Ohio 🤜🤛

Never again. 37 codes read from a emissions test and couldn't figure out the problem. Said my front end is the problem. Sorry not sorry but I'm pretty sure that a front end has nothing to do with the performance of a transmission. And ya it was shaking when braking because like I said on the phone it was due to bad rotors, brakes, and calipers, and boom fixed. Thank you for wasting time on my vehicle.

I'm disappointed to say they are unprofessional, rude and don't communicate accurate honest information. Please do not waste your time. My vehicle sat for over two months and I still had to tow my vehicle to another shop even after I purchased the part that they attempted to purchase from a junkyard twice. Then they didn't even attempt to install the part because it was raining and they a six bay shop.

Fix the problem and stop repeating customer from having to come back and pay for a job not done resulting in the same problem they had from the beginning

Only giving one star because I have no other choice. WORST "SO-CALLED" MECHANIC'S EVER! DO NOT waste your time or money with these people. I took my car to them because of a rattle sound. It was driving fine, just a rattle sound when running. They kept my car for months and months. Turned out, the rattle was simply the heat shield was loose and had to be tightened back. We had to take it to the dealership to repair everything IAMCO ruined. My car would not even crank when we arrived to pick it up. I paid them over $2,500 to destroy my car. The dealership found they had unhooked my A/C and did not reconnect it, removed my air filter and did not replace it, left bolts out of my timing cover, valve springs were over-tightened, and the connector terminal retainer was damaged. I had to pay an additional $950.00 to repair all the damaged they caused. When we confronted IAMCO with this information, they refused any refund and the manager of the shop, Nathan Mauldin, became angry and began using profanity. My husband had to remind him that he was a customer and he wanted to discuss this issue as adults. Very unprofessional and horrible service. They promote themselves under false pretenses. Their mission statement from their website is “Honor our Founder by providing valued products and services to our clients through our passion for quality, ingenuity, and dedication to success.” In my experience, the only passion they have is to make as much money as they can with the least amount of service possible.

I took my vehicle to them to see why i had to add freon every summer, and to see if there was a leak. It was working when I took it, after they kept it for three months, when I picked it up my air conditioner didn’t work period.

We took our Ford ranger to have transmission fixed ...it was there 3 weeks...finally we went to pick it up only to discover our converter was missing. They left the truck out front and claim someone had stolen it..said they had 4 stolen that night...we think it was a inside job we paid 3200.00 cash ...now they are refusing to replace converter ...don't trust Nathan....They don't like old people...

We were helped by Robert, who came highly recommended by my dad. He was super helpful and gave a ton of great information. He told us more about our generator than the actual generator dealer mechanic did. Would highly recommend.

Biggest thieves in Macon Georgia!!! My parents 4 Catalina converters was stolen off their Ford Ranger truck along with breaking off 2 sensors. The owner told my Dad they would take care of it that it happened to 4 other vehicles that night. Only making up excuses for days just to tell him it was their responsibility if part stolen. I believe my parents were taking advantage of because they’re elderly. This going to cost 1500 dollars in damages caused by this business. These folks are crooks I believe the owner was involved.

This place is unorganized and doesn't seem to want my business. I've had my front brakes done here and the work was good but took much longer than quoted. However three times I've tried to have other work done (twice oil change and once a power steering hose) and was basically asked to take my business elsewhere because they were too busy. I don't think I'll be wasting any more time even checking with them in the future.

I searched everywhere in Central Georgia for someone that could work on my 1973 Toyota Hilux and these people were the only ones willing to try. And when they were finished I was finally able to drive my vehicle without any issues. Their work is exceptional and reasonably priced.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! These guys went above and beyond to help our vacation-bound family of 6 when we broke down in a town we had never heard of. Not only did they work us in right away, but they helped make sure we got where we needed in the mean time. They drove us, all 6 of us, and our luggage to a nearby hotel for an unexpected overnight stay and kept great communication about our vehicle throughout. We are now loaded back up, safely back on track for our vacation. Thank you guys so much for taking care of our vehicle, but more importantly for taking care of our family 💗

Was heading back home up north after our vacation in Florida and noticed our temperature gauge light came on. Took our car in towards their closing time and they still took a look at our car. They were able to get us back on the road in 45min. Sent a half gallon of coolant with us for no charge as well

Another incident. I had a guitar at the backseat of my car and I don't have it now.Don't give your cars to fix them. They are doing something wrong with your personal things. Repeat don't give cars to them. They don't care about the customers. And they they do other stuff more compared to doing the business or fixing the cars.

Like the lady siad, "DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE" ! They are not playing fair! They sound like they really care but, that's aN "OUT RIGHT LIE"! They will take your car in and leave it for 8-10 days ! Ooh, all of my mechanics have "COVID-19" They will charge you for "two" steps instead of one! I only needed 8oz's of Freon and they charge me for $79.00 for 1-pound (16oz's)! They charge me $52.00 (labor) just to "recover" it and $138.50 (labor) to "partially" charge it. That should only be "one" labor charge because the A/C Vacuum and Recovery process is only "one" step! You can purchase 14oz's of 134a (Synthetic-Freon) at Walmart with a gauge included for $26.99! They also charge me for the power steering pump fluid that I brought with the power steering pump and the lower hydraulic pump hose. I found out that it was the "Higher hydraulic pump hose so, I went to O'Reilly's and bought one for $22.00 to be delivered tin two day's. Nathan said no, I get one the next day for $42.00 So, I took I a refund and gave Nathan $42.00. By the way, Nathan "charged" me again for the $42.00 "high-Pressure Hydraulic Line ($62.00 now). But, he gave me the $42.00 after I "pointed" it out (receipts, etc..). I should have kept the one from O'Reilly's because he didn't put it on for 5-dyas later! Go figure! They "never" fixed my "Fog" lights! One was working now, both are out! Nevertheless, he said that the two oil filters that I brought were wrong! They were from Advanced Auto and "highly" recommended (Bosh & Fram). Again, he sold me one for $5.00 or so. Nathan also charged me "twice" for installing the power power pulley ($207.00 Remove and replace Power Steering Pump/Labor) and ($27.70/Labor for removing, replacing install Power Steering Pump Pulley). Again, this is only "One" step and "Not" two.. Finally, he told me that the reason why my battery isn't charging is that I need to replace the battery "terminals"! Okay, I said and he did! Please look at the pictures attached! Because the mechanic? who did it didn't clean/remove any of the "corrosion" that was inside of the battery-wires, it "shorted" out the full-charged battery to the point that it "wouldn't" take a "charge" at all. Furthermore, I had to get brand new battery and get a well-known mechanic to clean all of the wires properly and secure the wires to "stereo" battery terminals instead (see the 4th picture with the "gold" battery terminals).. Again, "DO NOT" take your care, friends, mother's, or even children Tonka Trucks to this business. One person say's one thing and the other person say's something else! Blowing-Smoke up everyone's behind! Run away fast!

I had a really bad experience with them I tried to take my two cars over there to fix it I gave my one car the other day to fix the radiator thing so I don't know what's wrong they did with the bumper. They just have to put the radiator and they break one of my grill and put a zip tie on that thing apart from that, I don't know what they did with the bumper but the bumper was not fixed properly and now my bumper has a gap in between the headlights. The other car I give it to them they fix it but the battery side was on I took the car to the other place and they told me they didn't put the proper wiring on that thing. He doesn't seems right And one of the most important part if you give car to them make sure you don't have any kind of toolkits or any kind of other stuff in your car because when I gave the car I had a big tire changing kit but when I get the car back I just had the check my whole other kit is missing. So before giving your car make sure you take the pictures of the whole car make sure you don't have anything in your car and if you have anything make sure you take a picture of that. Additionally, when I ask about my kit the guy was not talking to me properly and he told me " I don't know how your countries works in this kind of condition" and passing all kind of nonsense statements to escape from The talk. So I felt kind of racism thing going on. To save couple hundred dollars don't get yourself cheated by someone. I had a bad experience and I suggest spend $200 somewhere where you get the guarantee to make your work done in a systematic and a good manner. Instead of wasting your money with this kind of people. I'll never go back to that shop

Travelling from Chicago to St Petersburg on I75 when engine began to run rough. Pulled off Highway and found a convenience mall close by with auto services. Iamco was referred by Oreillys parts. Took car to them and explained the problem. Nate helped out with his team inspection and resolved the issues of bad coil and spark plug with recheck then was back on the road in under 2hrs. All were very helpful getting us back on our trip. Fast and efficient work. Looks can be deceiving outside, but the work and team were great.
