Once the date comes for expected completion expect to give them a call, they won’t call you, just to find out that the date is pushed back a few days to a week. Next date comes and same thing except now every day is you calling late in the day to find out it will be the next day. Had to use them twice now and first time my car had a fender and rim replaced- took a month and a half yet said 3 weeks, this time said 2 weeks and we are passing week 3. On top of everything once insurance started getting involved to find out the delay they say that I’m lying and won’t answer calls and my voicemail is full (I get maybe 1 voicemail a month and immediately delete them because it’s 99% a telemarketer)

I needed some front end repair to my Hyundai, due to another vehicle backing into my car, as it was in a parking lot. I took my car to the Butler Collision Center, in Ashland, Oregon. The man who assisted me, at the desk, was extremely polite, and really appeared to care about my car! (I was, and am very thankful) Butler did an estimate, of the damage. I was told that i could bring my car, and I would get a rental/loaner vehicle, while Butler was fixing mine. I received 3 phone calls while they were ordering parts, and fixing my vehicle. When my car was finished, I received a phone call to let me know my car was ready to pick up. When I arrived, the same man walked with me to my car, and showed me what was done. My care was beautiful! They had even vacuumed and washed the entire car! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, BUTLER COLLISION REPAIR CENTER!! You deserve an AAA+ !!!

I had an accident in November 2016, and I thought my car repairs would be ridiculous. It was my first and hopefully my only accident ever. Gwen (the rep from Butler) and Brandi (the GEICO adjuster) were so helpful in guiding me through the process. Butler offers text message updates and I was grateful for every update as the repairs were done to my car. Best of all, they didn't have to replace any parts because the damage was minimal, so my car has kept the same parts as before! And did I mention that my car (which is a very specific shade of red) was repainted correctly, AND was washed and cleaned spotlessly when I picked it up!

Brought my car here to be repaired from an accident. When I brought it in there were no major issues but when I picked it up that night I had a major antifreeze leak. Took it back the next morning to find out that they won't fix it when it obviously happened while in their shop seeing as how it didn't leak before I took it to them. So they made me take it to Chevrolet for diagnostic so they could determine if they needed to file additional insurance to cover the repair. They are lucky that the repair is covered under my warranty or I would have sought out the help of a lawyer. Ridiculous how this place of business would not own up to a mistake they obviously made. This was not just a coincidence. No way my water pump broke in a matter of 30 miles. I'm not buying it. Will never do any business with this place ever again and would not recommend them to anyone if you value having your car fixed!!

Literally the worse place you can take your car. Only received a star because they’re good at making appointments. Had my car for two weeks and didn’t do a estimate, when I made an appointment a week in advance. Chose to take my car someplace else.

Poor customer service! So far, I am pleased with the repair but would not return to this vendor because of such of a lack of customer service and when I went to pick my vehicle up, the inside and outside of it was absolutely filthy!! Nobody said one word to me once I paid my deductible. I had to find the car myself and remove paper and plastics that were left in the car! Although the service was done on the outside of the car, you would have questioned what must have gone on inside the car for even the upholstery to be dirty?

I was VERY pleased with the service I received from Butler Collision! I have a 2012 highlander that had to have the bumper replaced and front end painted. Hunter called to let me know when the parts were in so I could drop my vehicle off. My car was fixed within 2-3 days. Every time I called with a question, they were very quick to call me back if the receptionist could not answer my question. My car looks as if it had never been wrecked. When I went to pick it up, I was VERY IMPRESSED with the way it looked. It was cleaned inside and out! I DEFINITELY recommend Butler Collision if you are ever in need of vehicle repairs! I dropped my car off to be repaired here on Tuesday , and was done by Friday morning. They do quality work with a great turnaround time. Quinn in customer service was very professional, and had constant communication with me throughout the process. I received updates on exactly what was happening in real time. They have had my car since Sept 29th and on my last call last week I was assured it would be ready today (Monday). Now they are stating the parts just came in, when that is what they told me the week of the 15th of October. Last week all it needed was painting and reassembly. Now they are changing their story and asked me to call back later this week. What kind of mess is this, I was told it would be ready today and now its not, I need to turn in this rental car and now I can't get a straight answer.

I took my car to them and it came back the same way i dropped it off. I'm so disappointed in what they did to my car. I was disrespected by staff in which he didn't wont to take responsibility that they didn't fix my car or rush the job. I cried and I lost sleep because of this situation. Ppl please inspect your vehicle before you leave make sure your happy with the work they do before leaving there shop.

I have had the experience of dealing with both locations in Macon. The one on Riverside was very professional and informative through the entire process. I would certainly do business there again. You could not pay me to take my enemy’s car to the Eisenhower location. It was that bad!! From the little girl who checked my car in to the manager there. No one calls you with an update, my truck was there 8 days to get the bumper replaced after someone backed into the front of my Yukon, and then when issues occurred within an hour of picking of my truck they were on the defense immediately. I believe her name was Allison or Amanda, she was rude and argued with me after initially supporting the fact that I called right away about the problem. I didn’t want to be there but do to being able to get a faster appointment at this location, I trusted my vehicle with these unscrupulous individuals. Long story short they denied any responsibility and that lifetime warranty they talk about is a joke. They didn’t even honor the diagnostic evaluation of the issue. I was on my own.

They did a great job and the car looks wonderful. The staff was friendly on both trips that I made to them. Worst service ever. The girls in the office are nice but the work was horrible.. currently still bringing my car back for the third time.. replaced the door got back and it wasn't aligned and could hear the wind coming through the door three different times and as of this date they're still trying to fix it. First time I got the car back they scratched my window tint and I had to take it back. Second time got it back and one side of my bumper was coming off not sure why they were on that side of the car anyway because that's not where the damage was. Every time we drop the car off we're waiting 30 minutes just to get seen even though we're the only people there. Call the office most of the time no one answers the phone. Email that never got contacted back. Only keep having to bring it back because insurance is paying for it and they want it done. Definitely never will recommend this place ever again to anybody ever. Absolute worst.

I have to admit, I was nervous about choosing this collision center after reading some of the negative reviews on Google. However, my experience could not have been more positive, and I am so glad I entrusted them with my 2024 Lexus NX. From the moment I walked in, Mrs. Faith was professional and informative, putting my mind at ease. What truly stood out, though, was the level of communication I received throughout the process. I was updated several times a week on the status of the repairs, which gave me peace of mind and kept me in the loop. I have to give special recognition to Mrs. Faith. She was absolutely the best! Her calm and kind demeanor made an already stressful situation much more manageable. After all, having an accident with a new vehicle after just seven days is not easy, but Mrs. Faith’s professionalism and empathy made all the difference. I would highly recommend this collision center to anyone in need of vehicle repairs. They exceeded my expectations in every way. Thank you for turning a difficult experience into a positive one! My Lexus looks as good as new!

Wow, where do I start??? They had my car for over a month!!! The paint job was poor! It went through supposed inspections but it was still missed...and you want me to leave it with you to fix what should've been fixed the first four weeks...nah I'm good! It was my daughter's graduation gift, her 2019 mustang! Statefarm should remove you from the trusted repair shop list

Really bad experience here, was give 3 due dates and was never was able to get the car done on time. The day I finally get my truck back 3 months after due date and it still not done right. I even have water going into my truck after the repairs they did to it.
