I’ll never come to this establishment again. I’ve tried several times to give them a chance. The service was actually good before. Every time I go now. it’s something shady going on. They’re always trying to get over on women & they always throw on all these hidden fees. It would honestly be 0 stars if a star wasn’t required for it to be posted. I’ve been advised to file a complaint with the BBB.

I just had an oil change which I was told would cost $89, but without any additional parts or service ended up to be $104!! Being a senior citizen on a super tight budget i will find another place next time.. one feature I do like though is that I can go back anytime in between and get fluids topped off whenever needed! The employees were all very nice, especially Dejon who put on the windshield wipers I’ve been carrying around in my back seat!!

Waited 5 minutes to be greeted at my car. 2 bays open. One vehicle in one bay and other bay was empty. Once in bay for service, standard oil change took more than 20 minutes. Only tried because I had a coupon. Doubt that I will try again with any of my vehicles.

I felt intimidated going to get my oil change at first because I’m 💅just a girl✨ but all of the gentlemen in that shop were very sweet and lovely. They were informative and understanding. 1/18/26 First time at this location. I usually go to Express on Forrest Hill Rd. They were closed so I decided to try Take 5. I drove in with my own oil and filter. The mechanics greeted me and guided me in. They were fairly clear communicators which I appreciated. The did my service and it did not take long. I only give it 3 starts because I’m so used to the extras you get at Express for around the same money invested (engine rev after changing the oil, lights and wiper check, ect). To me all of those small things make the difference in the experience. Non the less, they did the job and so far I haven’t had any leaking.

This particular one is literally never ready for someone to show up. One time they took an hour. One time they told me to come back later. And just yesterday they forgot to drain my old oil before putting in the new oil. So they almost ruined my engine. We'll never go back and I would caution anyone to look elsewhere!

I have used this location many, many times over the years and was very satisfied. Today, I arrived at 11:52 and was told they were closed for lunch. Nowhere on the web site or on the building did I see that the business would be closed in the middle of the day, especially during a time that some need them to be open so they can get service done. The way I was told they would not provide the service and the fact that I had driven 29 miles to get the service forces me, as a long time customer, to no longer use this establishment and encourage anyone seeking the services they supply when convenient to them to look elsewhere.
