Used to be the go to tire place but not anymore. Service is slow and they dont offer competive pricing for tires anymore. When i got my brakes replaced I had to wait 7 hours. So after the expensive qoute for tires i will no longer be using them.

I got a appointment like customer service lady said on phone .go on website . So I did get appointment today at 3pm. Show up at tire place 30 mins earlier and only thing I needed was a front end alignment on my truck with mountain and balanced my two new front tires and I left the truck for about 45 mins and came back and my truck was still not even moved. So price was outages 258.00 for their service . I do not recommend anyone going to this place

Traveling. In the morning at the motel parking lot I had a flat tire. I pumped it up at a gas station, then drove to Tires Plus. They repaired it in about an hour. MR CARLOS, One Hundred Percent On Point! From beginning to the end. The price was right, hospitality, customer service. They answered my repeatedly asked questions, didn't try to sell me extras, stayed on point regarding expected repairs. The "DIAGNOSTICS TEST"changed the ball 🎮 🏈⚽ game! Repairs they don't offer. They offered referring to me another company, that offered the service repairs that I needed. (Head Gasket). I chose another. ... Prior, with other mechanics. I paid for things that I didn't need. Had I not towed my car to them, they doing the diagnostics test, I would still be getting the run around. I spoke and met others at "Tire Plus/Thomaston Rd in Macon" same treatment. What I was annoyed with at first, then impress with later. Re: Their commitment, confidentiality, and protecting the safety of their customers financial welfare and security. I wanted to pay over the phone. Not company policy! You must come in with ID & pay with your card. THE NAMES MUST MATCH! 🆒, 🆒, 🎯. ... Store techs honored coupon and performed free comprehensive brakes inspection to inform me that brakes did not need repair, but some minor leakage from old shocks could be lived with until replacement of shocks was needed. Bought tires here before, great tires. Bridgestone. Great Price, Fast Service, Nice folks. They always recommend alignment, be sure you need one bc if old tire wear was even, you do not. Camber, Castor, Toe. On the other hand, if your suspension is causing uneven tire wear, i heard this place offers lifetime alignment if you get alignment. If thats true and your prior tires wore unevenly or u plan to change some suspension components, sounds like a great deal.

Weir transportation company and had two loose tires that needed to get mounted and balanced immediately and we were short on time. Because we are traveling through from Florida to Tennessee.
