Lazy, rude, slow, bad track record of messing peoples cars up. I saw them wreck a big motor home into the building once. Also many folks get oil change but no oil.

Terrible customer service!! Employees not available during listed buisness hrs. Tried to resolve through customer service,which was a dissapointment in itself..not being compenant and then rude, over something as simple as a battery exchange on a battery I've had 3 months that went bad..10 out of 10 recommend not doing buisness here!

Asked for oil change and rotate & balance, was told to pull up to bay and then another man said they could only do the oil change (after he looked disapprovingly at our tires), we had to ask several times his reply being "we just cant do it" then he said it was because they dont have anyone to do it.

I can't give them zero stars, but I would if I could. I called an hour before arriving to verify availability for a patch for a screw in my warrantied tire. When we arrived, one of the techs was cussing out another customer while we waited to check in...then told us he had to clock out because he can't get overtime. I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS AUTO CENTER AGAIN!

I've gone to the Harrison Rd Store in Macon GA twice for service recently and both times I was completely ignored by every staff member. When I asked for help, the only that would acknowledge me said that someone else would help me. No one ever came and I left both times. I will NEVER go again and I will definitely tell everyone I know the same.

The Walmart tire center on Harrison road Macon Georgia they don't ever answer their telephone I don't care what time of day you can hardly never get anyone and when you do they hang up every time you call they're supposed to be open from I believe seven 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. they don't ever have anyone on staff or the people that are back there say they can't install your tires because they need two technicians it only takes one technician to do tires Mount and balance I've got better service out of Zebulon road or Gray highway and sadly Harrison road is closer but nobody seems to work or show up to work or they can't hire anybody to run their service center

Completely unprofessional. Employees weren't communicating with each and didn't know what was going on. One guy told me to pull my car up after I was left standing around for thirty minutes, then he walked away and another guy came up with an attitude telling me to move my car cause it was in the way. It was all so much worse than it sounds. I just left and went to Economy instead. I suggest you do the same. I'm not a violent person but I left there ready to fight someone. NEVER AGAIN will I go back to a Walmart Auto Center. I'd rather die.

This Walmart has to have the laziest people working in the auto center. No matter what time you go there, . Just lazy. He will advise super long wait when no one is in line or one car. It always seems to be in effort to make someone go elsewhere. I have been there more than 5-6 times same circumstances every time. Horrible service and lazy employees.

Was visiting and decided to get oil change and tires rotated before getting back on the road. All of the employees were extremely friendly and nice. The only reason 3 stars are being given is because they were not able to locate the tire purchase and warranty from another Walmart location and ended up having to pay for the tire rotation. Contacted the Walmart where the tires were actually purchased and it was confirmed i had purchased the tires and the warranty. The Macon location stated the purchase location was too far out of zone to confirm the warranty????All Walmart systems should be across the board. Tya (hope that's her name) and Bill were very helpful in trying to find the information but were not able to do so. The tech was very professional

The sign said they open at 7 and it was after 7:30 when we got there they were not open. I walked all the way around the building and went in. I found a person in the department that had a yellow coach tag attached to her ID. I asked if their TLE was open and she said they don't open until the techs get there. She continued to look through and sniff the car freshners as i stood there. She called for the manager of the department on the radio not getting any answer. So I asked in return if they did not go by the business hours and she said no they go by when the techs come in and she would see if there was anyone. She seen I was not going anywhere so she sighed and said let me see if he is in the back I followed her. He was not back there. After finally finding the department manager he said the were not going to open because their air compressor wouldn't come on.

My husband and I went to have an oil change on Harrison Rd round 535pm due to the information online and the sign outside of the facility saying that they closed at 7pm. When we got there they were closed so we went inside to ask what time did they actually close so that we could maybe set up an apot to bring our truck back and this bald guy with no kind of customer service or professionalism walked away from us saying 530 and kept walking off from us not giving us a chance to ask anything else or even try to set up another time or us to come in. He walked off and went out the door making sure we couldn't and wouldn't ask him anything else which was very rude and disrespectful to us as loyal customers that chose Walmart over places like Tire Plus, Firestone, etc. If the company got it advertised as closing at 7 then that's when it should close or change the sign and the online information! We will definitely go elsewhere for our auto care!

Ordered two tires online to be installed at the store. The service associate was in a bad mood, but told me to wait that the technician was on break. When he arrived he told me that he was by himself and couldn't do it today, I said I would cancel the order., but got an appointment at a different walmart if I got the tires from this walmart, when back to the store to get the tires and the technician did not have time to bring the tires to me.

Made an appointment for an oil change, when I showed up (on time) they told me the wait would be an hour and a half. There was only one car ahead of me and two oil change stations, but there was only one person working. It's not the employees fault, but damn, Walmart needs to get it together. Either don't have appointments set up like that or hire more people to work there.

Booth Road Walmart Auto Center has EXCELLENT CUSTOMER service. I haven't experienced customer service like this from any other Walmart I've ever visited. They were AMAZING all the way from the phone call to find out if they had our tires in stock to going in to pick the tires up from the store. They were courteous, kind and knowledgeable about the services they offered and products that were in stock. Also, shout out to the female manager working on Thursday 9/15 at the Warner Robins location for taking the time to help us and give us the number for Booth Road. Thank you so much for your EXCELLENT CUSTOMER service 👍

What a horrible experience. I was hours from home and got a bolt in my tire. The next morning, I went to walmart to get a new tire and they were not open even though I was there within their operating hours. I called, and when someone finally answered the phone, they told me they would come outside and look at my tire. 15 minutes later, no one had showed up l, no one ever opend the shop, and I had to go somewhere else. I would NEVER recommend this place

Old man at the oil change is lazy. Got there early and ask for an oil change. He said he was busy , this is the second time he does that. I don't recommend to come here for an oil change. They need new or good people that really want to work.

Refused to put a tire on my car, and would only sell me the tire. Had to go somehwere else to get it installed on top of sime dirty work. Yall know what yall did, that's all im saying.

I made an appointment three times to get my truck's tires changed, even though I could have gotten permission from work to go at 1 p.m., and they always told me we were booked up and wouldn't do any more tire changes today. They also didn't give me a refund. For them to deliver the tires and take them to a more serious place than this disaster was an unimaginable problem. The employees there don't want to work; they're lazy and lazy.
