Had an electrical draw, battery being drained. Another mechanic used a process of elimination approach: changed battery, alternator, battery cable. Jeff quickly sourced location of electrical drain through a fuse related to the ignition system. Five Stars.

I flew from SF to LA to buy a car from a used car dealer. The dealer was sketchy from first, so I made sure to request a pre-purchase inspection which I was gonna pay for and looking at the recommendations i chose Jeff and he did not fail to surprise me. He drove to the dealer and inspected the car. Within the first 10 minutes, he found two errors that were suppressed, which would have proved to be a big issue down the road. He saved me from a car that could probably have needed a couple of thousand in repairs. He was also very kind, humble and communicative. Best money spent.

I've taken my BMW to Jeff multiple times now, and I couldn't be more impressed! He offers the best prices in the area without compromising on quality. When I needed my front and rear brake pads replaced, I requested a quote online and got an instant response. Jeff took the time to explain what services I actually needed—and, more importantly, what I didn’t—to save me money. He was also super accommodating when I needed an earlier appointment. His honesty and expertise made it an easy decision—he's now the go-to mechanic for my mom's BMW as well! More recently, I needed a battery replacement for my 2021 BMW X1. After watching a YouTube tutorial, I realized it would take me all day—and I didn’t even have the tool to register the battery. I called Jeff, got a fair quote, and asked if I could bring my own battery since BMW charges a fortune. He had no problem with it. While I was there, I also had him do an oil change. Jeff was super responsive to helping answer my questions, gave a fair estimate, and when I brought the car in, he patiently explained all the parts as he ran the diagnostic. I brought our Porsche in for an oil change here and since he worked for Porsche before, he knew the car well. Jeff is an incredibly kind and responsible person. Our car’s check engine light had been on for a long time, and this time we decided to try a shop near our place and drove straight to Jeff. On the first visit, he helped us check the car thoroughly and patiently explained what the possible issues were and how everything worked. Following his advice, we even went ahead and bought an air filter ourselves and replaced it on our own, trying to fix the issue in the most cost-effective way possible. Unfortunately, the check engine light was still on after that, so we had to go back. Jeff then spent about an hour working with us, carefully troubleshooting multiple possible causes, cleaning the sensor, and eventually solving the problem. When we tried to pay him, he had absolutely no intention of charging us. He is extremely understanding, generous, and genuinely happy to help. On top of that, his professional knowledge and skills are outstanding. I will definitely come back to Jeff again for any future car issues, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest and trustworthy mechanic.
