When to Jefferson auto service for the first time and let me tell you I was shocked at the service I got. Just needed an oil change and the team blew me away they did an inspection of my vehicle and I got pictures and videos of everything it felt like I was working on it with them the techs were so professional especially the young man that’s did my work. I’ve never had a service company go to the lengths that this company does to help you. They serviced my RV, took care of everything timely and then there was another issue that wasn’t in their realm that they normally handle, but went out their way to help me find The necessary parts and a way to get these things fixed . They kept my car for a few days to make sure they made the correct diagnosis. They were able to find the problem. Every staff member was nice and courteous. After correcting some related issues the problem persisted but Antonio and his team dug into it and figured out what was actually causing the problem. Great work, excellent staff, and wonderful folks in the office. I had a nail in my fairly new Michelin radials and a slow leak. Asked for a patch but they only had plugs. The cost was a few cents short of $30. Maybe I’m out of touch, but that seemed a bit expensive to me. But I like the place and plan to go back.

I was referred to Jefferson Auto by my two very savvy elderly aunts and I’m so grateful. My experience from start to finish was excellent. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. I was there for a pre-purchase inspection which was completed in under an hour for a very reasonable price. I was really impressed with how they showed me photos of everything they checked on the vehicle and explained why. My experience with Jefferson Auto Service was incredible! They were so kind, helpful, thorough, and my car runs better than it ever has. Their prices were very fair and reasonable. Personally, the best part is the super detailed report you get when you have the diagnostic test done. I’ve never received a report with such detail that includes pictures and videos of the assessments of YOUR car being done. As someone who loves data, this was absolutely fascinating and so comforting to know that I wasn’t paying for something I didn’t need. My cars will never see another automotive shop because they are my forever mechanics now. Super grateful for them and their skill and hospitality! 10/10 all around! And they have complementary full size cans of Diet Coke (as well as many other options) in their waiting area!! What a luxury!

Though I believe the company should consider accepting online parts from reputable online companies that sells vehicle parts, this company did a great job at repairing my vehicle. Every employee I've met in person or spoke with via phone, has demonstrated professionalism and has exemplified a pleasant disposition in our engagements.Though my vehicle 's parts are challenging to find, this company have worked diligently finding those parts. As a result of the parts being scarce, the company will no longer be servicing most Smart Cars, but agreed to perform smaller jobs on my vehicle when needed. I am very grateful.

I own a 2022 Tesla Model Y Jefferson Auto Service was the only place that I could find locally that would help me with my alignment issues. I was having bad inner tire wear which is normal with these vehicles. I installed rear adjustable camber arms myself and they had no problem getting my alignment done right.
