Do not go to this place !!!!!!!! They swapped the hood of my truck On my truck onto another customers car or maybe their personal vehicle .This is unacceptable for a business that has been in business this long .Now I have to deal with the extra money that I have to pay for a new hood on my truck

First of all I would like to say they saw me coming overcharged me on parts and labor brought it back with more problems then I had to begin they blame it on other parts dat has nothing to do with problem that they caused. Had to find another mechanic to fix it call them back to explain all they can say we will share with the owner and that's all They can do for me . Thanks penny 's for stealing my money and ruin my truck I would never recommend anyone to get labor done buy this company.

I only have one vehicle and they wouldn’t even give me the time of day unless I left my truck and came back for it after it was looked at. That’s all fine but not everyone has the means to be able to leave their vehicle find a ride their and back. If I could have just gotten an estimate and time frame of the work that would have had to be done then is when I would have had to figure out the drop of and pick up situation for a day they could have fixed my truck. They were not helpful at all in and helpful manner. I was willing to sit as long as I would have had to for the estimate for them to fix it since they was recommended by a good friend of mine. I Even woke up at 5am to get their from the other end of the westbank to be the first one their cuz they said first come first serve and they open at 7:30am not everyone had the means or 2 vehicles no help no compassion at all.

If you have a twin I-beam OBS Ford, this is the only place to go. Wayne did an excellent job aligning and solving the death wobble I was experience after installing a 4" lift on my 95' F150. They were very thorough and professional, and were able to diagnose and fix the issue in a few hours. The price was right, too.

DON'T GO HERE - NOT HONEST AND WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!! My front wheels have been wearing on the inside, it looked to me like it was an alignment issue so I brought it Penny' because Firestone referred them, because my car was too big for them to work on, a Mercedes Sprinter 2500 extended high roof. Lady serving at the front OF PENNY'S has the worst, rude customer skill I have ever experienced. I came to Penny's early 7:30am so I can get my wheel alignment done, first she told me that there is no waiting and that you can drop your car off and leave it there with them I asked her if it is possible for me to wait outside at the front, she said no waiting again and I told her I don't have any place to go so therefore I'm just going to wait outside in the parking lot, she got annoyed and told me do whatever you want. Mechanic came grabbed my keys took my car for I drive came back put it in the workshop was in there for about 10 minutes. Mechanic told the lady at the front that I needed new tie rod ends before he can work on the alignment and that he won't be able to get it to it until next week because there's no parts available and that it was going to cost $600 plus taxes and the wheel alignment which is $135 plus taxes so all together it would have been just under $1,000. Went to Southern Tire to have My vehicle reinspected they told me it was just a wheel alignment and they pointed out that there is nothing wrong with my tie rod end. I got the wheel alignment done and it only cost me $235 total and that's for the wheel alignment, rotating my tires and balancing my tires. Southern tire gave great service and the honest truth..NOT PENNY'S

👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼Terrible service, terrible customer attention. This is the fifth time I’ve come to get my 2021 Ram 3500 aligned, and I very nicely asked them to really check if anything was needed, since the previous times it hadn’t been done right. They called me from a random number about what needed to be replaced. I asked for a formal estimate and what kind of parts they were going to use, and that’s when I found out they were aftermarket. When I asked that I wanted the estimate with original parts, they told me they had already made the estimate, so if I wanted it fine, and if not, too bad. I told them I would provide the original parts, and they refused to do the job 👎🏼 I don’t accept Chinese parts in my truck anymore.
