Thanks to Jensen Tire on South 97th Street in Omaha checking the electrical system on my Chevy Trax. I called & stopped by 15 minutes later at 7am this week. I wasn't charged for the shop testing my alternator. I would recommend this place because the manager was very accomodating by providing quick answers since my battery needed a jump at 5am that day. I'll be back!

When possible they take care of repairs the same day depending on if I drop the car their at doors open, but next day also is great. Great service here. They were very honest about what was going on with my vehicle and got it done as quickly as what was reasonable with the issues, and now the car runs super smoothly! They also had a chance where they could’ve charged us extra by doing something that didn’t need done at this point but instead they were honest and said it didn’t need to be done so they didn’t, which is very good to hear. The price was reasonable for all the work they had done. 10/10!!

Roger and his crew are amazing! super understanding and patient! i came in with some issues covered under warranty and had a horrible experience at another place in town. i told Roger that and he was super patient with me (especially being a female who only knows enough about cars to get me from point A to point B) & he took his time to explain things to me so i understood! i will always be back to this Jensen tore should i need other things taken care of!

The customer service was great. People were nice, professional, and they got the work done fast, and they did a good job as far as I can tell. However, it was over priced as far as I can tell. When looking up average prices before going in, the HIGHEST price listed was almost half the price I was charged. But the people working there aren't to be blamed for that. So like I said, the people and service were great, but price, not so much.
