UPDATE: So after my review unfortunately my vehicle wind up having the same issues all over again due to faulty manufacturer part not once, not twice but THREE times and during that third visit within less than a month from the first visit all of sudden the mechanic says something is wrong with my wheel bearer and gave me a quote almost $1000 while still needing to rectify what I pay for initially. I just feel a bit jolted even though the shop was VERY professional and courteous to explain to me all that took place. They are very kind and professional business but after this experience I don't feel that safe in my vehicle any longer and that's a problem. WOW! I'm just so grateful that one of my gym buddy recommended Jeremi's Auto shop to help fix my Nissan vehicle. They did an excellent and through job on properly diagnosing the issue and the right solution fixing my car. The price was based on the outcome of the issue at a good price. I can tell they are very knowledgeable and have a sincere heart for helping people with their vehicles. I'm grateful to have been service from a good business as this one!!!!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experience with the front office staff was unacceptable. The employee I interacted with was not only dismissive but outright rude and condescending. From the moment I arrived, their tone was unnecessarily sharp, and any questions I asked were met with eye rolls and curt responses. It felt as though I was being a burden rather than a valued guest or client. Professionalism and courtesy should be the bare minimum in any customer-facing role, and unfortunately, this interaction fell far short. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the behavior, as it reflects poorly on the entire establishment.

Excellent customer service. We had multiple concerns for our car, but they chose the best diagnostic path to save us the most amount of money. They were able to isolate the issue Ava repair the car at minimal cost to us and I really appreciate that. I think we have found our new go to car shop. My family has been using only Jeremi’s for several years. I trust them implicitly. They’ve always been very patient with us. Everything is explained in a manner which we understand. The service is always timely. If they do happen to hit a bump in the road, the communication is excellent. They do everything with the customer in mind. I’ve never had a “surprise “ charge, as they provide you with a detailed estimate. I’ll never trust any other shop to handle our car needs.

Took my son’s 21 year old truck into Jeremi’s for an evaluation on a few problems, within hours they had a plan and called me with options. They were conservative with recommendations and through with explanations of the problems. They were able to do my service and have my vehicle back to me by the end of the next day. The invoice system to pay was so convenient. Also included in the invoice was photos showing the old parts and new parts for full transparency. Nothing but a great experience. Will definitely be back and so will my family!

We took our maintenance truck in on February 2. Some rats or mice had eaten into some of the wiring causing some pretty major issues. We simply could not figure it out after a friend mechanic made multiple attempts to repair the issues. After having a REALLY, REALLY (I can not emphasize enough the word really) bad experience with Midas on S. Cooper near the Chicken E and Whataburger, we Googled this place. Their service lived up to the 5-star reviews. The price of the repair was much lower than expected. We picked up the truck today, February 5. We could not be more pleased with the price, service and speed!!!

Outstanding Service – Honest, Helpful, and Above & Beyond! I had an excellent experience at Jeremi Auto! I brought my truck in for a diagnostic, and they quickly identified the issue with my ECM. They installed the necessary clips and only charged a fair $120 diagnostic fee. From start to finish, the whole process was smooth and professional. What really set them apart was the extra care they showed. I stopped by another day just looking for a spark plug wire, and Jeremi gave it to me for free—no questions asked. That kind of generosity is rare these days. Not only that, but they went above and beyond by giving me a ride home after I dropped off my truck—and then picked me up when it was ready. That kind of customer service is nearly unheard of. Shoutout to Danielle at the front desk who was super helpful, friendly, and made the whole process easy. And big thanks to Eliot A., the tech who worked on my truck—he really knew his stuff and took great care of it. READ ALL OF THIS!!! 😁 I went to get an oil change from Kwik just to come to Jeremi’s Auto Repair and be told that there was NO OIL IN MY CAR AND MY MOTOR WAS CLOSE TO BLOWING! Not only did they take the time to put oil in my engine free of charge, they did and diagnostic and put coolant in my car and my car is ALREADY driving and sounding much smoother than it was AN HOUR ago!!! I appreciate this repair shop and the ppl that work here so much!!! They do so much for ppl for so little and they take their job EXTREMELY seriously whenever it comes to cars. They work day and night to make sure EVERYONE will be and STAY safe on the road. Do not sleep on this Automotive shop!!! They are legit, responsible, respectful, professional, reliable, blessed ppl- and this doesn’t even begin to explain how amazing they are. Jeremi’s instantly felt like family. I went in because I was told I had a few leaks at an oil change. I am new to the Mansfield area so I looked up auto shops nearby by. Jeremi’s had nearly 5 stars and hundreds of reviews. I asked to run a leak inspection and the damage was worse than I thought. The cars needs thousands of dollars in repairs. They walked me through all of the damage with pictures and videos. I’ve never seen that. They were honest, transparent, empathetic, and very helpful. We came up with a plan and started the process. I felt defeated at first but their kindness and hospitality was reassuring. Thank y’all! I highly recommend.

I took my daughter’s vehicle to Jeremi’s Auto Repair Shop for a middle-level evaluation service, and I can confidently say that the experience was outstanding! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly fur babies that roam the shop, instantly making me feel at home. The atmosphere is incredibly warm and inviting, and it’s evident that everyone here genuinely enjoys their work. Jeremi, the owner, is approachable, kind, and attentive. He took the time to share his journey and the experiences that have shaped his business into what it is today, demonstrating how much it has grown over the years. Jacob and Stephen at the front desk were equally impressive—knowledgeable, attentive, and truly kind. Steven took the time to explain the services needed and made sure I felt comfortable with the process. He patiently answered all my questions and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Ryan, the service technician, is incredibly detail-oriented and efficient. He provided before-and-after pictures of the work done on my vehicle, which I really appreciated. The shop is impeccably clean and very organized, which made me feel even more confident in the quality of service I was receiving. I was recommended here before with another vehicle but we ended up selling it instead. I never forgot the recommendation so I brought my Sorento in the morning due to a shredded serpentine belt from a pulley that broke. To start off, everybody here are all friendly and make you welcome. I was greeted by Isaac and I basically told him what was going on. He explained the whole process in detail and once they figured out what needed to be done and other recommendations from the diagnostic, I would get the quote and needed to approve or decline for them to move forward. Once that was done, I was given a realistic timeframe of when it would be ready. I was expecting to get notification that it would be ready towards the latter part of the timeframe. To my surprise, that was not the case at all. They had it ready by the end of the same day so I was beyond happy to go pick it up. Price is definitely competitive, if not better than, compared to dealership. Every situation is case by case, but I highly recommend Jeremi’s as I’ll be coming back as they definitely earned my business. Before I forget, they have water, coffee, snacks if you’re waiting there whether it’s an oil change or something more. Thanks guys and can’t wait to get my vehicle(s) serviced again!
