I took my 2005 f150 I had just bought cash because it was throwing 8 codes. William was very communicative on what was wrong, very detailed and open about what was needed to be done and was very effective and efficient completing the repairs needed to my truck. Mr. Bill at Mr. Mechanic is a God send. I’ve used his services since 2019 and every time he has a fair price for the repair. My first experience was when I lived in Denver and was visiting my family here in DFW and he got us in on the day after Christmas! Once I moved to DFW in 2022, my wife and I have hired him for an array of issues - one of which he couldn’t help fix because of issues beyond his control but he still took the time to give advice on how to get the warranty to cover the failed engine. This man is a diamond in the ruff!!

I had to get new rotors for my rear brakes on a Saturday. Mr Bill did a great job of explaining what exactly I needed and how much it would cost. I could also tell that he was very backed up but he still got to my vehicle the same day. He even worked two hours past his normal business hours to make sure he got to my vehicle. I will definitely use him again in the future and recomend him to anyone.

Went in to get my lower ball joint replaced. He gave me a great price then he saw the damage on the control arm from a previous mechanic shop and told me I need to get that changed as well. He also provided me pictures of the damage. Gave me a good deal on it. Would recommend 100%. Will be going back.

I was in al bind and really needed to have something fixed on my car before the next day. Everyone else I called either didn't want to touch it because it was some kind of a touchy special fix or they couldn't see me for two weeks or more. Bill got me in even though he was already pretty busy and within an hour he had it taken care of and for a good price! I will be using him from now on and I highly recommend him! (Another plus is he turned out to be an animal lover 😊)

Bill was so helpful! I had a random accident happen to me (wheel bearing and other stuff break) at around 11am.. I got my truck towed to bill’s shop (Mr.Mechanic) and he worked effortlessly to get it finished and back to me same day! There were multiple problems that he uncovered as he was diagnosing the damage, but he still got it all done that same day! I am overly impressed with the work and effort Bill showed. He went and picked up parts for my truck and got it all finished up for me by 11pm on this fine Saturday! He worked past close to get me back up and running. Not to mention all the money he saved me! He saved me hundreds of dollars along the process and all I can say is GO TO HIM! He is great! I RECOMMEND doing business with him for all your auto repair needs! After struggling to find someone who was willing to work on my OBS classic Ford, I finally found Mr. Bill. Not only was he willing to work on it, but he’s knowledgeable on what causes problems instead of relying solely on a code reader like a lot of new mechanics. He spotted and solved my A/C vacuum leak issue in a matter of minutes and is going to continue helping me getting my truck back to normal working order. Probably a small win for him today but brought me much needed peace of mind knowing I have found someone who knows their craft and won’t try to get one over on me. Mr. Bill helped us out one Christmas Day back in 2019. Read that again- Christmas Day. Nobody was open but he was around! He was so kind to not only repair our vehicle but also check in that we made our trip safely. We will be using him again soon for our vehicle repairs. Update: We had a horrible issue with Vandergriff Honda selling us a vehicle without a title. Not only did Mr. Mechanic help us navigate the ordeal but he also inspected the vehicle for us at no extra charge. Update 2: Again we needed his help, this time looking at our mini cooper, and Mr. Bill was very flexible with our schedule. He was professional and straight to the point. He was very willing to work with us and our resources to help repair the vehicle. Update to the Updates: Just brought my Hyundai in today. Mr. Bill received our vehicle and we are so grateful to have him help us out. I always recommend him to anybody needing car repairs. He is honest and will give you a reasonable price.
