Yeah, sadly won’t be taking my car to be inspected there! I want to ensure my car is inspected not INFESTED!!!! As a business, you should NEVER try to gaslight a paying customer, only to try to save face for your business, but come back an hour later saying “we found evidence.”

I can 100% tell you that 99%of the time if you need a inspection done on your vehicle you can get it done way faster then you could at a quick lube place in and out. Just park up front go inside bring your keys and insurance and your car will be done before you know it.

Took my car in for a coolant leak and was quoted about $2,200. I approved the repairs. When I came to pick it up three days later, I found a rodent had chewed through the back seat. The owner immediately denied any responsibility, claiming the damage must have happened before I dropped it off—citing some food wrappers and a towel as the reason a rodent would be attracted. That excuse is insulting. The idea that I somehow missed a rat actively destroying my back seat before bringing it in is absurd. Rather than owning the situation or taking accountability, they were defensive and dismissive. The only gesture offered was a $100 discount, which felt like a weak attempt to avoid the issue rather than make things right. If you're trusting a shop with your vehicle, you should feel confident it's being cared for—not left in conditions where rodents can destroy it. [Edit/Update]: The owner later called back and said they found "evidence" of some sort of animal in their shop. He offered to repair the damage and asked me to bring the vehicle back in on Monday. In the spirit of fairness, I wanted to provide this update and will see how the situation is handled moving forward. [Edit/Update 2]: I spoke further with the owner, who confirmed they are willing to repair the damage. I can appreciate the willingness to try and make things right. I’ll provide a final update once the repair is complete.

Took my car for a second opinion on an oil leak I had. They weren't the cheapest of all 4 quotes I ended up getting but they did take a few hours to asses the situation and clean the oil out from under my car so they could better see the situation. I ended up choosing them for my work because they could get it done in a day and a half (which they did deliver on that).... one place told me they would get it finished in a week! 😣 as well as the owner spoke with me personally when I came to pick up my vehicle after receiving the quote. (I did get one more opinion after theirs). I liked how I could tell he cares about his business and the extra personal touch was nice. He did admit that hes not the cheapest but cheap doesn't mean good quality all the time.
