★☆☆☆☆ We took our vehicles to Jerry for years, but we kept having problems with things he fixed - as in the AC would quit working 6 less than 6 months after fixing it. The power steering started leaking again 6 months after it being fixed. When we went to complain & ask him to fix it properly then his younger daughter (who parks in their handicapped parking spaces even though she is obviously not handicapped) argued about everything to the point that she was beyond rude - quite obnoxious actually - I asked to speak to Jerry. I explained the situation to Jerry, and he said that it wasn't his fault that our cars are old & keep breaking down & he shouldn't be responsible... But come on - these are Honda's, & the power steering is leaking from seals that were not installed properly, or possibly at all - it looked like they were super old... Seals & hoses should last more than a few months. After talking to him for some time explaining that my husband insisted on using him & how loyal we've been he reluctantly agreed to fix the power steering again & we pay only parts. We payed $200 for a seal & hose- pretty costly for a seal & hose - nearly 6 months later again & guess what... Power steering is leaking again. We won't be using him again. Terrible service. Worst I've EVER seen. That daughter would have been fired from anywhere else talking to someone like she did - no wonder she works for her dad. The work done is obviously shady if it breaks down again after 6 months especially when it is just seals & hoses. It's even possible it is the mechanics fault since Jerry doesn't do the actual work. But you'd think he'd care enough to listen to his long time clients that there's something going on... But getting him to do anything was like pulling teeth. Plus $200 for a hose & seal? Those had better be at least silver plated!! To sum it up - bad service, poor workmanship & exorbitant prices will keep us away.

★★★★★ My wife and I had a camping trip coming up in a week and I was checking our our 2010 Chevrolet Suburban we use as our RV tow vehicle before the trip. I found the front differential leaking fluid and parts missing from the front torsion suspension. Took the vehicle to Jerry Potts Care Care Center late in the day on a Tuesday evening. Out camping trip was scheduled to leave town on the following Monday. Jerry reviewed the vehicle on Wednesday and thought he could repair the leaking front transaxle installing new seals and needed bearings instead of purchasing a rebuilt unit. Since they had the vehicle in the shop, I also asked them to drain the transmission fluid and change the transmission filter/fluid. Upon their inspection, they suggested that the back brakes needed to be replaced as they were at the last 25% of their safe use. I agreed to the repairs and they had my vehicle back to me by Thursday afternoon. The price was reasonable for the repairs and service. We made a 1,750 mile trip the following week, that also included using the 4 wheel drive in the snow/ice on top of Monteagle Mountain. The vehicle performed flawlessly during our trip. I thought I would need to be in a rush to replace this vehicle, but with the repairs, I can take my time to find the perfect tow vehicle for our needs. Jerry Potts has worked on other of my vehicles in the past, a 1996 Suburban, the 2010 Suburban recently, and my son's 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Their parking lot is always full and in this case, it indicates that they are a trusted automotive repair shop and turn vehicles around quickly. Other shops that have the parking lot full, usually have vehicles waiting for parts or they do not have the time to make the proper repairs. I usually try and do all of my vehicles routine maintenance, but now that I'm retired, I think I'll be outsourcing these repairs to Jerry Potts Car Care Center in the future. They'll earn your repeat business if you give them a try.

★☆☆☆☆ I brought my 2004 Volvo here to get a diagnostic on my ac because it would cool for only about 30 minutes then blow hot air. They told me I need a new ac switch that costs $1200.00 plus installation. I declined the repair went home and started googling the acs symptoms. My son did a temp fix on the AC clutch to see if that was it as was instructed in the video and by golly that was it. The AC clutch plate needs to be adjusted. The Volvo technician at this business doesn't know what he's doing. I will never go here again!
