I would like to thank William (Bill) and John for their help and excellent service on my Cadillac. Last week I needed a water pump and all the accessories that went with it. Christian Brothers Auto wanted to charge me over $1200.00. I politely to my car to Bill at precision. They fixed my car for something like $400.00 less. I had a great experience with Precision Tune Auto Care! They recently replaced my tie rods and, on a separate visit, performed a front-end alignment after I replaced my two front tires. The team was upfront and professional throughout the entire process, making sure I understood what needed to be done and why it was best to wait on the alignment until after the new tires were installed. William and Thomas were superb—friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. I really appreciated their attention to detail and quality service. I wouldn’t take a car there to be fixed if it was the only auto repair shop in the world. I paid 1600 dollars for what I was told was a tune up for a misfire I had in my 2017 jeep grand Cherokee. Not even a hour later after picking it up my check engine light came back on. And when I took it to see what code it was..the same misfire..my car was basically doing the same thing but just not as bad. That was in April now it’s August and my car is back doing the same thing and I have to get a rental to get around. A 1600 band aid is what I got. If your thinking about taking a car to precision auto tune on memorial blvd in Murfreesboro TN expect anything but precision. Save your money and find another shop.

William is always a chill dude, and the mechanics that work here are trustworthy and good at what they do. Been coming here for all of my vehicle needs for about 4 years now after getting completely shafted by Firestone and even NTB. Wouldn’t really recommend anyone else other than Christian Brothers, but they are always booked and aren’t open on Saturdays (which is very helpful). Precision is who I always recommend to others.

I contacted the 1804 Memorial Blvd location in Murfreesboro TN and confirmed that I could bring my Chevy Silverado at 3:30 for an alignment. Time entered the store was 3:38 and the manager immediately became combative after stating that he could not assist. I drove over an hour to have this service performed. The manager, William Vaughn, immediately told me “complaining ain’t gonna get you nowhere” and “any complaint you give is going to come directly to me, so you’re wasting you’re time”. This is insanely unprofessional and I will be posting this to Google and other review platforms regarding this experience and hope this manager is held liable for their poor attitude and their inability to provide customer service at a basic level expected from a store.

I came here for a pre-pruchase inspection of a used SUV and I'm soooo glad I did. finding out that the latest tune-up hadn't been done as well as something as basic as multiple brake lights being out gave me more negotation power when getting my car. it also gave me peace of mind that it would still be a worthwhile purchase to hear that it's still a quality car. definitely will be coming back whenever I need a fix

These guys inspected my vehicle and gave me a very fair quote compared to the dealership and were kind enough to top off some fluids and air my tires up free of charge. They got me in the same week to do some routine maintenance. I had 3 services done and it only took about 1.5 hrs. I waited in the lobby and did homework, it was chill.
