Decent parts store. Ordered parts online and after a few hours of not hearing if it was ready I just drove over to see if my parts were ready. What it seemed to me when I got there was a bunch of young kids who didn't want to be there. I asked for my part and the gentleman went and got it. It was ready that whole time they just were too lazy to prepare it for pick up. After I left I finally got the email stating my part was ready for pick with another emailing following that saying it had been picked up. Like I said decent place, but appears to have young employees who don't want to be there.

Very helpful staff. I needed to test fit a HD battery into my old car restoration project. They helped look up sizes, CCA's and then we fit one. It may be a couple of years before I get it running, but these guys sure helped.

Incredibly nice staff. My car battery needed replacing before I left for work in the morning, but it was 8:30pm, so pretty much everything was closed. Happened to call this location, and they were able to squeeze me in right before close. Special shout out to Devon and Reggie for being especially helpful in the middle of a stressful situation.

Sunday morning my car wouldn’t start. I was able to jump mine and called a few places to see if they had my battery in stock. They did but didn’t offer installation. I called Advance Auto Parts and spoke to Devon, not only did they have 3 batteries to choose from they also offered free installation. Fantastic experience. Someone else checked me out, but Devon was did the install in about 10 minutes AND was happy to do so!!

This place had the part I needed. I had called a competitor first but they could not get it same day. They quoted me $39 bucks and change. Advanced was over $60. Not sure why there was a price hike on it, but I will be calling around before I order in the future. Other then that the staff was friendly and professional. The store was clean inside and out with a food truck in the parking lot. Way awesome. Thanks for having the part. 🙂

Advance Auto seems to put up as much time into training their employees as they do their copy and paste replies to these reviews. How lazy! Ordered loaner tool. Listed as in stock. They charged my card. Then Tyler called and told me “oops, we don’t have it in stock.” Ok, will I get a receipt showing the order cancelled? “Idk, call back if you don’t get emailed receipt or the money doesn’t go back on your card within a few days.” Great customer service.🙄 Zero stars

These people here are amazing. I had just gotten off work and picked up my kids trying to rush home to be able to drive to East Tennessee because my grandmother is passing. Thomas and another person there I'm not sure of her name took care of me and helped me fix my car right there on the spot. As I was trying to juggle my two girls in my arms and fix my car to get back on the road they helped me and we're so nice to not just me but my kids. Thank you Thomas and thank you everybody who works there for helping me in multiple ways. Definitely coming back.

This place here I bought a alternator for 2011 Toyota corolla back in 2017 or 2018 somewhere around that time I pay over $300 and it is lifetime warranty and just this pass year 2025 2weeks before Christmas the alternator failed charge the power system black out car die on the road have to towing to the house and I diagnosed battery good alternator failed take alternator to this same place that I bought many years ago good thing that I still have the receipt I took the alternator to the counter person without a word that it's lifetime warranty he asked me the car information and got one and I get receipt to him that it's lifetime warranty and he looks through the receipt, it has the number of the original alternator and he go back to exchange to one that it's matching the original one and he starts working on the warranty but have the manager come to go over the warranty and she asked me how do you know that the alternator bad I tell her about what I diagnosed I'm a retired mechanic for over 30 years and if she doesn't believe me please take it to the back and recheck on their alternator test, she doesn't want to retest but tell me that they let me had the warranty just for this one but the lifetime warranty is end not even warranty on the one that I just get, so just making sure that it just happens to me or anyone else besides me have the same warranty issues more like they have to replace the store manager if not I will not trust to going back to buy part from them
