My daughter and her partner told me about this place after a bait and switch on a tire mount elsewhere. They are friendly. Professional and FAST. I pulled in, said I needed 4 tires mounted and put on. Three guys rolled out 3 ton jacks and the race was on. It was like I had my own pit crew. I sat in the sun and spoke with some of the employees and waited less than 20 (felt like 10) minutes before they were putting my new tires on my car. My car has ridden smoothly and I am happy for more than half the price off of the place I had gone to before I heard of these guys, less than half the wait I would have had anywhere else, and the sweetest smiles you'll see in any tire shop. Thank you, guys. For your hard work!

I would leave 0 stars if I could. I bought 3 tires on 7/8/21 and less than a month later, I had a hazardous blowout. I was told when I bought the tires that they were almost brand new, they lied. One of the titles was OVER TEN YEARS OLD!!!!! It was dry rotted, and I didn’t see it, I trusted the guys here. Another tire they claim is almost new has a nick on the side wall. I called up and spoke to someone who was remorseless and uncaring, he flat out refused to consider a refund, after paying cash for the tires. He flat out said he wouldn’t do anything bc i said I had driven on the interstate. Then he went on to say they come with a one day warranty, but they were bad to begin with. I REFUSE to use this company for used tires anymore and I will NOT recommend them to anyone again.

I’d give ZERO stars if I could.. bought a van off of someone back in April who recommended this place to us to replace a tire to make it home to Alabama. The workers were quick at changing the one tire, but they cross threaded not one but TWO of my lug nuts and we were trying to put all new wheels on my van and now those 2 lug studs are now broke because they cross threaded them with an impact putting them back on. Now I’m having to replace the whole assembly before I can put my new wheels on so my vehicle is going to be down for a few… just be forewarned when going here….

Great place! Couldn't be happier with the quick, quality service I received. I pulled up and within a few minutes, they had my front wheels off to put on a couple very good used truck tires they had...mounted, balanced, and back on. All that for an incredible price! The owner works with pride alongside everyone else and is a super nice guy. If you need any tire services, stop here first. They truly earn it! Now, I feel I can drive out of state for the Holidays. I got 4 tires from here. A day after having the tires, I experienced a humming noise & they "fixed it", the 2nd day noticed they installed 1 tire inside out (the tire said INSIDE on the OUTSIDE sidewall), when I went to get it fixed they refused to flip it right. I went to another tire shop to do this and when they flipped it they noticed a huge gash taken out of the sidewall, hence why they didnt want to flip it cause they were hiding this damage. They gave me a bald tire, which hums when you drive. I am going to another shop to get a good tire to replace this and for them to look at ALL tires Jordans gave me to confirm they are actually good. Spent $200 and got handed the crap tires. And steadily was ignored and refused to get compensated back for their mistake or giving me messed up tires. 0/10, stick with Country Used Tires or ANYWHERE else but here. Price is good - but tires are awful and they dont care.

This shop came highly recommended and I was not disappointed! There is no parking lot to speak of, so we just pulled up next to the building. I had my 2 youngest kids with me, and after a minute of standing next to my car with the tire in the trunk I decided to get them out and head to the office. I got three steps from my car before someone rushed out and grabbed the tire from me. We stopped by the office, which was only managed by a friendly cat. He followed us outside and kept us company for the next 4 minutes, at which point our tire was brought out to us. I haven't read any other reviews for this place, but I've heard they catch hell for their customer service. I'll admit, this is no Chik fil a, but if you want fast efficient cheap service there's no place better. Hands down my favorite retail experience this year.

I have a 2019 Kia Sorrento I need a two front tires which I received and paid for. I drove off for one of the tires to lose a lot of air very fast. I understand they’re used so I brought the car back. They put more air in it and insured me it was good. This is my third time back and I assure you it is not good. My steering wheel is shaking and lost more air and I’ve been here Three times now for hours! Please check your tires in the air pressure in them. They cannot send to put the correct amount or make them all even or close for that matter

Would leave no stars if possible, said they fixed my tire, within a few days it completely deflated as seen in the photos. Won't pick up the phone either, says their messages are full everytime. Never go here, unless you like wasting money unlike me.
