Jon, Tonya, and their crew of amazing mechanics are A/C heroes/legends! Recently, my Subaru's air conditioning unexpectedly went out, and they diagnosed and fixed the problem in a lightning-fast 70 minutes. You heard that right, folks--70 freaking minutes! Their skills are undeniable, and they saved me both considerable time and money. Local shops quoted outrageous prices, as well as wait times, just to diagnose my Subaru's A/C issue. Meanwhile, Jon, Tonya, and their crew of awesome mechanics fixed it entirely for a fraction of the cost and in record-breaking time. Jon—at all times—was extremely transparent about what the issue was, what parts needed to ordered, and the what the service cost would be. On top of that, customer service throughout the entire process was top-notch! I'll be shouting their praises from the rooftops for as long as I live and breathe. If you've got any auto issues, Jon's Auto Service is—without a doubt—the place you want to be!

I was working in Murfreesboro when my car wouldn't start. I live in Nashville so I wasn't sure who to call. The tow service recommended Jon's Auto Service. I had my vehicle towed to their shop. They had me back on the road in no time. Jon & Tonya were amazing. They were honest and their prices were great. I was so impressed with their business that I may make the 1 hour drive in the future for any future car repairs. I was so stressed out with the situation and they really helped me. My A/C went out right at the beginning of summer, and I heavily rely on my car for work! My boss recommended them to me and when I drove over and explained the situation they immediately jumped on it. They not only took care of if in a few hours at the end of their day, they took the time to talk to me and explain to me what was going wrong. And, before they started anything they were upfront with pricing and were more than fair! A few months later I even called them since my car over heated and I didn’t know what to do. They remembered me and really calmed my nerves explaining what happened and what to look for before I start driving. I plan to continue using them and it feels so much better knowing I have a reliable shop I can go to with kind people who will not only service me but explain with patience what’s going on. Could not recommend them more!

Recommended by my sister. Was panicked by high idling, shaking & check engine light blinking. Left a message 4/25/25 @ around 6:15am. Tonya called me back @ around a few minutes later, BEFORE THEY OPENED! I explained the problem, she said, "bring it in, now". I got there in :15mins. The moment I pulled up Jon & Tonya met me outside in the rain. I was brought it into a very comfy waiting room, was made welcome & prepared to stay a long time. It wasn't a long time. Jon diagnosed my car quickly, showed me a diagram, explained in simple terms, took me outside, after rain stopped to show me (I'm very visual) & went over the price. Had a wonderful chat with Tonya & watched TV while I waited a short time, then BOOM 💥 it was done!! I love this place! 🤎 Jon checked my car thoroughly before finishing & even topped my oil! 😄 I'll be back & recommend them to all I meet!!

John and Tonya are supper usefully and kind, I called like 5,6 Auto Shops in Murfreesboro to replace my alternator and here is the best shop I got, very honest and the price very responsible compaired with other shops. ( their employee were very knowledgeable too ) They did a great job on my car and recommended me replacing the front brake that are bad, so I did. Always safety first. Thank you again and hope you guys continue doing the great work. Will come back for another thing when needed. God bless! Add on: This is the only place I trust to have my car fix. My Sequoia needed a rear brake job, an oil change, and a headlight bulb replaced, and Jon's took care of it quickly and for a very reasonable cost, particularly when compared to other places in the area. They had everything done within a couple days and even went the extra mile by cleaning my headlights - they look awesome! They were also very friendly and flexible in terms of picking up my truck after hours; we will definitely come back in the future for any repairs and oil changes we need!

Had an air conditioner compressor replaced in my 2013 Buick Verano and it works perfectly. The price including labor was a lot less than 3 other quotes that I received from other places plus I have a 2 year warranty on the part. The owner and his wife are so down to earth and professional. All services and costs are explained prior to the work. This is my care repair place from now on. I highly recommend them for your care repairs. They will give you an estimate before service is rendered. You won't be disappointed.
