These guys are fantastic! I have an old truck that stranded me the other day. Gateway (Murfreesboro) sent a technician to me to diagnose and fix the issue. Turned out to be something simple, and these guys took care of it quickly. I will definitely use Gateway again!

I was at this location to have my brakes looked at. I had indications thinking I needed back brakes. They looked and told me that I'm still good and they are still at about 50%. I can't tell you how refreshing it was to hear such honesty. I was skeptical because I have taken my car to its dealership, I'll leave the name out, and that on a number of occasions they were not honest and it was costly. I will recommend them and will certainly be back.

Went in to get the negative battery terminal replaced and the fix looks worse than how I brought it in. They left terminal wires exposed and patched it up with electrical tape. I brought the vehicle back and all they did was add more electrical tape with wires still exposed. I’ll post pics of both times they “fixed” the terminal. Terrible job. Waste of time and money.

My 2000 Nissan Frontier was showing signs of front end issues, possibly a wheel bearing. I bought it in and it turned out to be a very minor issue and it needed a front end alignment. I was thinking it would be at least a $400 repair and it ended up being less than half of that! Thank you Clark for your integrity and quality work! I would recommend this shop and I will be back should I need service in the future.

Without a doubt the slowest tire shop I’ve ever been to. Hard to believe it takes this long for a rotation and balance and 2 new tires. I will never come back to this place again!!! Unbelievable. I’m sitting here and some workers are just standing at the counter. This place is pitiful

The slowest work I've ever seen at a tire shop. Just absolutely slow. Never ever has it taken 5 hours for an alignment and to change tires. This isn't the whole wait time either. Thats the time it was in the shop on the lift. Not only was the work super slow. Its more expensive than other places. And the older gentleman thinks its a joke and will mock customers when they say they have to wait a long time. I will never come here again. Only reason I did was because its for a work vehicle and that's the place I was directed to use.

Smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke in the lobby that I ended up with a massive headache. There were multiple plug ins so this is an obvious issue although No Smoking signs on both doors. Very unprofessional.

I was supposed to go to pepboys but luckily they said their guy went on lunch because it brought me to gateway and BOY am I glad I came here! All I needed was a quick oil change and they told me I had no engine air filter (weird probably from my last oil change); they replaced that filter, my cabin air filter, and my oil for less than $100! I will be coming back anytime I need car maintenance!

Amazing staff!! My wife and I were out of town for our anniversary and of course on our way back home, we have a flat.. We went to several different shops but ultimately Gateway was the way to go!! I had a part of my car I couldn’t reach to fix, and I live in Nashville & go to school in Murfreesboro. I’m a 24-year-old girl, and my dad was working—can you say stress?? Josh and Clark helped me like it was no big deal for them. They were so kind and made sure it was safe for me to get home. I can’t speak for the tire service specifically, but I can say they have genuinely kind, good people working there and that’s what makes great service.

I got a flat tire on my way from St. Augustine, FL to Greenville, Indiana. The only way to get it there was to walk it with my dog. I was passing through on I-24 when I was the victim of a hit and run accident. The other car did some damage to my right=front tire and the mechanical parts that hold it in alignment. The shop got me in first thing in the morning and quickly fixed my car and got me back on the road, all without price gouging me because I was a captive customer without a choice. Integrity and competence are in great abundance here and strongly recommend you consider bringing your tire needs here before looking at other options!
