Got new tires on my van here and it was an overall good experience. My mom who lives out of state paid for the tires and we had kind of a confusing situation but they worked with us and I was able to get my tires. I didn't give them five stars though because I did have one phone call with a gentleman there who was pretty rude to me and when I went for the install it took a really long time for them to get through a small line of people trying to get their car serviced. They were in no rush at all and there was only a small sitting area that was full of people which I know they can't control but it was a real struggle for me to wait in line that long at 8 months pregnant while they took their time getting through the line.

Service is the best I've seen when it comes to installing tires. Air inflation, and great expertise in the proper balancing of the tires made a big difference in performance of the truck. The Pirelli scorpions fit and look great and took no time to install. The manager made me a lifetime customer and I will certainly go back to this store for tires. Thank you very much !!!
