They had interesting products but limited. I was actually looking for tire covers, they do not carry them. But they did carry some cool license plate frame. Bought two! ❤️

I have been trying to get a part for one of my vehicles for several days. I went to the store and was told by one of your employees they did not have it and did not see it anywhere else. He even checked the warehouse. I was then told to order it online. I went that same day online to order the part. Well, I found out I can’t order it online because it is a special order part according to another employee of yours when I went back again. I was then told he would have to inquire on the part being made and sent to the store. I was ready to pay , but he said to not pay yet and he would contact me the next day with an update. Two days later, I still have not heard anything from Oreilly. I called again today and was told now to wait another two days. I am a little disappointed that I have been trying to get a part for 7 days and still can’t get an answer on this part. Little frustrating and VERY disappointing.

I had recently moved and found the old brake caliper I changed on my wife's Blazer and forgot to return the core the guy was able to find where I had purchased it two years earlier and was able to refund the core charge which totaled $49.50 I then use that to help pay for the new parts that I was picking up. As always the customer service in this store is exceptional and by far my favorite place to buy automotive parts and accessories.

After visiting another auto parts store, AutoZone, for their overly advertised free battery check and told my battery had zero charge left and telling me to go to Dealership because it will be replaced for free and covered by warranty since my vehicle is under 5 years old. Not even willing to show what batteries they had in stock and recommended. I decided to get a second opinion not realizing O'Reilly offers the same free battery check. The technician met me in the parking lot when I was opening my hood to offer assistance without me having to even go and ask for assistance. He had his portable battery meter and tested my battery which he explained was in perfect condition. After leaving my headlights on for several hours my battery did die and I drove straight home after being jumped off. The next morning drove a small distance for quick trip to store but later that afternoon my battery was dead again. I did a quick Google search and quickly found that I should have driven my car around for 15-30 minutes immediately after my battery was jumped off to allow it to recharge properly. The technician I wish I got his name was so personable, kind and helpful. I will always go to O'Reilly now and no longer AutoZone. It was obvious that AZ's technician did not want to help and even lied to my face assuming since I'm female and not privy to inner workings of car engines I would simply take his word, leave and be someone else's problem. He was alone the store with no customers but took me forever to find him ducked behind a register consumed in a combat game on his phone. It was immediately obvious he wasn't happy about being AFK and could not rush me out of there soon enough I assume so he could return to his extremely important mission of beating an online community of others trying to win the battle or collect make-believe jewels or crowns while stealing company time and being on the clock but blatantly lying to a customer to get rid of them. Thank you O'REILLY for being so great and superior over your competitors.

The nice thing about O'Reilly auto parts for me is if my closest store was out of an air filter (like today), there was one (and four more) store close that had it in stock and their computer let me know.

Mom went there Sunday right @ closing. She had no tail lights on the right side of her car. We stopped a few minutes earlier @Advance Auto. They said they were closing & turned us away. It could have had disastrous results if someone hit us. Thank U young man for selling & installing the lights for my mom. Nice customer service young man.

After work this morning my car wouldn't start, so I called my roadside and they sent out a wrecker, The driver arrived and said I needed a new battery, he said that his wife works for o'reillys and offered to drive me to the nearest location, which was this one., as we arrive at the store, the driver starts to unload my car, so that I may purchase a new battery and have it installed, and the o'reillys worker comes out yelling at the driver and starts yelling at me, his name was Christopher and he was very rude, the driver ended up driving to the location on memorial and I was able to purchase a battery and have it installed. Needless to say that I will never set foot in this location. Go to memorial location they are much nicer.

Horrible customer service. Went in to buy a headlamp, older guy with dyed hair seems to be having a bad day. Why wouldn’t he be? It’s 10am on a beautiful Saturday morning! 🙄 I needed a headlamp and someone to install it since I had a slight injury to my hand and couldn’t get leverage to turn it. “We are not required to do that” he says. “Okay, I get that but I literally googled who will install headlamp and OReilly came up, which is why I am here” I tell you what, if anybody talked to my customers the way this guy talked to me, for no reason, they would be done. I thanked him and walked right next door to Autozone and had my bulb bought and installed in 5 minutes. He mentioned they hear complaints about them next door. No surprise. Never again OReilly. You blew it.

I only stopped by the O'Reilly's auto parts store to see if maybe they had a headlight assembly/electrical connector for my Kawasaki bike. They (Joshua, Tristan and tbe lady (name escapes me) helped immensely and looked all through the electrical connectors. Finally they looked it up on-line. Thank you to Josh, Tristan and the nice lady. -Paul D Dodson

I came to this location because someone from Auto Zone, said they would have the touch up paint I needed for a chip on my trunk… I go inside, there’s 4 boys at the counter.. no one says a word to me.. I go and ask if they had the color I needed for my car! The guy that looked it up said they didn’t.. So I decided to google it myself and found the name was just different! Obviously I end up finding it! The guy that looked it up for me was on the phone with a customer, another one was leaving and the other two were still deep in their phones, literally never made eye contact with them.. I’m standing there for only a minute because the first guy had to get the attention of the other 2 that were on their phones, so he goes HEY!! And points to me, well he looked super annoyed he had to check me out..Rings my stuff up and puts it on the counter, I pay, we never speak a word to each other.. Throws my receipt on the counter, I HAVE TO ASK FOR A BAG, he bags it and I leave… I will NEVER come to this location again!

Weird story but stick with me. I went to have my battery checked and found out it was bad. The O'Reilly employee I met with was a young man (with cool tattoos) who seemed slightly new but was eager to help and incredibly nice. He was doing a great job changing my battery when a strange man came up and offered unsolicited advise on what to do. The employee was very polite and continued to work while trying to encourage the strange man that he was fine and didn't need help, but the man decided to continue trying to assist. At one point he walked close to my open door to ask me a question about the car and made me feel really uncomfortable, since I had never met him and did not care for the close proximity. He reached in to try and touch my car, which immediately made me panic. I'm not one for confrontation so I looked up and clocked eyes with the manager to motion that I had no idea who this person was. The manager came out right away to help and was able to politely get the man to stop "helping" and step away from my car. The manager was also really nice to the employee when he asked what was happening and I thanked them both for reacting kindly but effectively in getting this strange man to stop "helping". I'm sure the man was only trying to be nice but it was definitely a weird situation that I'm glad didn't last long. Both the employee and the manager were friendly, polite, quick to help me fix my car and made sure I felt safe. They provided excellent service in a really weird situation. I will recommend this O'Reilly to anyone who needs great service from a friendly staff!

Gentlemen, working on Saturday, August 23 around 3 PM was really helpful. Just came in from Arizona, driving my mom’s car in a downpour and he has to sit up with our broken windshield wiper. Wish I got a stay in, but hopefully we will receive the three of those by the schedule. Thank you kindly for your generosity and taking the time to help us!

Worst experience I’ve had at any location. The employee that “helped me” was rude and unhelpful. I had called around 3:30pm and spoke to a gentleman who was extremely helpful and respectful and I had asked if he had 6x8 car doors speakers and he had said that they did. I go in at around 6:30pm and the employee I spoke to looked at the display shelf for about 30 seconds and said the closest one we have is a 6x9. So I asked why someone would say that y’all had them when you don’t? He didn’t say anything and went to the computer, comes back and says that maybe they do. So he goes and grabs it and I ask if I could look at the box and see if it was the right fit and power rating, just mumbles “ok” or “yeah.” It looks good so I go ahead and purchase it and I ask what return policy they had for it. He says they aren’t really supposed to return anything electronic, and basically just says “that’s what I was told.” I ask if they have anything on the website or somewhere I can see for myself and he jut says “I dunno.” There was another employee outside working on another customers car and I quickly ask him what the return policy is on the speakers I bought and he told me as long as there is no damage and I still have the package within warranty then I could return it. So now I have no idea whether I am able to return or not if it doesn’t work for me. Safe to say unless I’m returning these speakers I will not be back at least while this employee is working.
