The guy was so awesome working in the cold, inflating all the tires of every single car. More were lined up behind me as I waited in line. Discount Tire is the best!

I had two tires replaced and it didn’t take long. My only issue is that I explained how last year when they replaced two tires for me they switched my sensors around and that I wanted it fixed but they didn’t do it. Also the paper they gave me said the recommend tire pressure was 31 but when I got in my car it said my tires had 36,36,38,33. Other then that it was a good experience

OK price on tires and associates are knowledgeable and friendly when you can actually get service. I waited in line on a busy Saturday for almost 30 minutes with only one of the 4 associates in the room actually working the line. They all did appear busy on their terminals and answering the phone but I wish they had helped get the line down more quickly. I had an appointment which absolutely did not seem to make any difference since it seemed to be first come first serve. Perhaps I was able to get my tires on quicker though, I didn't ask and I'm not sure.

I have purchased tires from Discount tire for the last 22 years. As a home care and a travel nurse. I normally always go to all of the locations in the USA to get anything I need. My experience with The location in Murfreesboro Tennessee was very below my expectations. I had to go back there and the way I was treated and handled. This is the end of a long relationship because I will not be going there again. The person was rude short with patients and acted like he was frustrated because I was pointing out to him that they did not reset the tires so that they could know when they needed to be rotated again and was insisting that they never do that when it's always been done at all locations in the United States of America that I have been to for service .

Had to replace two tires. One of the young men explained the numbers on my tire. He told me when the year it was made and the condition of the tire. One of the tires was dry rotten and the other had a busted belt. I wasn't able to purchase the same day everything was explained to me. When I returned I was able to let the salesperson know exactly what tires I was going to purchase since I told of the price and the cost. Very pleased with my experience. If you have wait bring your cell phone charger. There's places to plug in next to where you are sitting.

Some good, some not so good. The good; I was really happy with the purchase and installation of my new tires. The not so good; I went for my 1st tire rotation and they did not check the tire pressure, my car is supposed to have more pressure in the front tires than the back. Wasn't really upset, as it's probably not typical on most cars. Went back a few days later for the free air check and no one came out. Maybe I didn't wait long enough, but the amount of people standing around, sometimes looking my way and not coming over was odd to me. This was even after someone who was running out to get a car yelled back into the shop that I was there. Just felt like no one really cared to help. In my opinion, don't have the free air check if no one will come out and help. I would have even liked someone telling me that it would be a little while till someone could get to me. I will be back because they have free tire rotations, and hopefully this was just an odd day.

I can’t recommend this location as I’ve had nothing but issues with their services. My brother in law purchased 4 new tires for our 2012 Pathfinder which includes a “free alignment.” The initial alignment was not done correctly and we had to take it back to get it aligned again. After the 2nd trip, the vehicle is still pulling to the right. Maybe their alignment rack isn’t calibrated. Also, our tire became flat overnight with no nails or any debris puncturing a hole. We take the time to put a spare on the car and drive the car back and explain the situation. We also told them that the car shakes when driving and that it could have a balance issue. After picking the car back up for the 3rd time, we are still having alignment issues, the tire was flat again, and the car still shakes. The staff is friendly but I don’t think their equipment is up to date. Would not recommend this location.

January 3, 2026 it was Lexus, again excellent customer service skills...plus he was funny!! 😅 My car was finished before the scheduled time & although my hubcap was broken because it's old, they reordered me one @ no charge. Bought tires online and brought them in to be mounted. I did not require balancing, only mounting. I also told them I needed one of the TPMS monitors checked and replaced if needed because it wasn’t working. They told me it would be about 2 hrs. About 2.5 hrs later, they returned my truck (not too bad, 30 min extra wait time). However, when I got in, I noticed the TPMS sensor still was not working. They then checked it and said it was bad. They told me they would take care of it (which means they have to dismount the new tire, replace the sensor, and remount the tire). While they were checking the TPMS sensor, I walked around my truck and noticed where they damaged the finish on several of my rims as well. I didn’t mention it because they are the factory rims and I plan on upgrading at some point anyhow, but damaging someone’s rims while placing new tires is not OK. It’s now 1.5 hrs later, and I still don’t have my truck. Not sure how long I’ll be waiting because of their mistake. I also don’t like the idea of mounting, then dismounting, and then remounting a brand new tire.

Only good thing about today was they lowered the blinds a bit to keep the sun out of our eyes as customers while the crew takes 2 hours to swap a flat. Although I like the convenience of the locations more and more of these places hire absolute crap workers. Even as far as to place a NEWLY replaced tire on the front and I had to ask to get it rotated to the back before I left. Again, my information was changed in the system with absolutely no explanation and I never received text updates about my own vehicle. I'm personally absolutely sick of eating my time and patience with these folks. Soon as these warranties are out, I'll never do business with DT ever again. Finding a better place to spend my own time and my own money
