Michael at the Memorial Blvd. store is absolutely fantastic. Every time I go in there the young man is helpful and always has a great personality. One day I went in there with the relays from my John Deere tractor. Even though to my knowledge they don't keep up with tractor parts for a 20+ year old tractor, Michael took the time to match my relays up to some they had at the store. I was very impressed with his willingness to help. I also had to bring in a battery from that same tractor and he helped me with that as well. I'm old school and appreciate customer service and at the Memorial Blvd. store you'll get it. All the other guys working there and the other managers have all been fantastic every time I've gone there. So I wont hesitate to endorse them.

I've come for help with my car several times and have always gotten the best help from Michael and on a recent electrical issue Shawne, two great managers that not only helped fix the issues I had but also showed me alternative options and really helped me understand the best route to take for future projects. (To the store owner, give these guys a raise and a free lunch they deserve it for sure! Lol)

Michael Reed went above and beyond to help me get a headlight fixed right before they were closing. Went to another auto part store in town and they wouldn’t help me. Turns out I had a blown fuse. The people were rude 1st shift.. there was a heavy set white guy and a nice black women that was no help would not tell me their names nice dripping with sarcasm and I waiting 3! Days for a part from shelbyville was suppose to be here next morning.. I called back the next day and was told they didn’t know anything about it.. that would be the one on memorial in Murfreesboro

Horrible. I had my battery life checked out. After he closed the hood and told me everything was fine, THAT is when my check engine light came on ( wasn’t previously on). I went back 2 days later to seek answers. The lady was less than helpful. Ran the diagnostic, and when I told her I wasn’t sure how many miles my car has she looked at me like I was crazy. Very impersonal. Printed out the results and gave me the sheets without asking if I had any questions. Maybe it was Moody Worker Tuesday? And I want answers on why my engine light turned on after he checked my battery life.

Came in on a very hot day with a mostly dead battery and Michael R saved the day by installing me a new one! I had my almost 2 year old son with me who was asleep in my arms and he let us stay in the AC while he fixed it up for us. All the folks were quite kind and helpful. Worst place I place an order same day delivery. Won’t let me put my whole address call the store so they can tell the driver they say they can’t then they told me I’ll have to drive to store to pick it . If am Order for delivery means I can’t go there please make it make sense. Plus when you go in person no ever helps cause no one is even there !

Trust me when I say this... There's an owner of a black 2017 Mitsubishi Lancer named Jason that works at the 1729 Memorial location. When I pulled onto the lot and saw his car, I knew I'd be well taken care of if I found the owner. He did not let me down at all. Knew everything I was saying and needed. I was in and out with no problem. Jason is absolutely amazing!!! I'll be back.
