I decided I wanted to replace my 2019 Honda CRV with a 2025 CRV. I started out online and quickly got a call from Louis Spencer. Right away, I felt comfortable with him. Not aggressive or pushy. The sale was an easy give and take on both sides, so I didn't want to pull my hair out with stress. Thank you for that, Louis. It was nice to be able to accomplish some of the sales via phone. It was also a breeze picking up the car this time! Yaye! Louis showed us all the mechanics of the car, inside and out. Our car had a full tank of gas and detailed beautifully. Thank you, Louis, for making this one of the easiest and most friendly car buys I've ever had.

They often cost less for things like oil changes, and have a small cafe that will make you a sandwich while you wait. But when something unexpected pops up I appreciate them even more. I worked with service rep Sophia for a tire swap and even though I didn't have an appointment, she got everything taken care of quickly and with a great demeanor.

I purchased my CRV from Honda of Murfreesboro and have it serviced there on a regular basis. Love being able to book the servicing online and usually ask for Dustin Johnson. Not a big fan of writing Google reviews, but I got to say, I went in for some assistance with my Honda and Jorge really knocked it out of the park with me. I honestly like when someone isn't pushing at you to make sales and has empathy when dealing with a customer. Particularly in the auto industry. We worked with Chris R. and he was amazing. We came in for an oil change and a recall, but unfortunately found out that our car had some other pressing issues due to high mileage which needed to be addressed. Chris talked us through everything and made sure that we understood exactly why we needed to do what we needed to do in order to make sure our Honda runs as long as possible. I’ve been a customer of Honda of Murfreesboro service department for years, and even though there’s a dealership closer to me, I choose to drive the extra 30 minutes to this dealership because of the customer service provided. Dustin, the service advisor, is a big reason why I keep coming back. He’s always friendly, professional, and takes the time to explain everything in detail. The quality of work is consistently excellent. Whether it’s routine maintenance or a bigger repair, they get it right every time. Dustin keeps me well informed on pricing and timelines, so there are no surprises. First things first. I drive over an hour further than my local dealer just to go to Honda of Murfreesboro because of the quality service and friendly team. Recently, I visited with my Passport and was helped by Chris Calhoun in the service department who went even further above and beyond my normally high expectations. For that, I had to leave a review. My family has been buying and servicing Hondas at middle TN dealers since the early 90s. And in that time, we have experienced nearly every dealer that has come and gone within 50 miles. With that experience, my firm opinion is this. If you need to do business with Honda in middle Tennessee, this is the place you want to come. Without question. I even trust them with my classic '80s Hondas!
