No communication between front reps and mechanics. Paid almost $400 to have spark plugs changed. No one could tell me what else was done for : my tune up, safety inspection, and if they had run diagnostics on my heater issue. Absolutely incredible. Hunter, the guy I dealt with, kept forgetting everything and had to run back and forth to mechanic and I still didn’t get a straight answer. Never ever again!

Staff was friendly in the waiting room was clean and I thought everything was good to go. However a couple days later when I was cleaning my engine I noticed a pretty large amount of corrosion on my negative lead. I would think part of the however many point inspection they do would catch that. Also my tire pressure wasn't balanced but that may have been from a misunderstanding that I didn't want them rotated.

The service advisor, Brandon Warner, was very good. Our vehicle is a VW Jetta diesel. The past several years we have bought oil for a diesel and taken it to Quick Lane and have changed the oil and filter and charged us $32.75. June 1. 2021 that was the charge for service. August 18th we bought the oil and went to the same location for an oil change. This time we were charged $70.97, twice the amount charged in June. We will NOT return there for service. I tried to talk to manager buy he has not returned my call

I was a walk-in and the wait was 2 hours, but they simply had me come back 2 hours later and got me fixed up with an oil change within 45min. They found I needed a new intake filter, asked me about it, and offered to replace it for the cost of parts. Overall a good experience!

When my car wouldn't start, we had it towed to this location. The technicians told me I needed an entirely new engine, around $8,000. Went down to have a look at it myself. My dad turned the key, held the gas, and it turned over almost immediately. What ended up being a very easily fixed fuel line problem nearly cost me $8,000. Expensive location, well reviewed, you still have to be careful.

I had my oil changed, tires rotated fluids topped off. Around 65 dollars for a 4cly. Suv. They done a good job however I hate it when they try sell you something you don't need. These people are not the only ones its most auto repair places. Just do what we ask and don't try to sell unnecessary parts and tires before they need to be replaced. With that said I was still satisfied.

While out of town for work I was having engine troubles. Joel and his team worked to get everything fixed the same day. Two weeks later I was having different truck issues and my research told me that it might have been from my previous repairs. Joel and his team diagnosed it and found something different. They were able to take the truck in and quickly get me out the door. I do not usually post online reviews, but felt compelled to do so after such great service!

I took my Wife’s car in for “The Works” package. After about 2 hours I am finally leaving there. The paperwork the advisor gave me stated “Performed Free Vehicle Inspection, Oil Change service and tire rotation. Checked and topped all fluids and tire pressures.” Well now the vehicle was blowing white smoke out of the exhaust, when I looked under the hood, the coolant is absolutely empty. Service is unacceptable, and believe me does the manager have excuses ready for the wait, and the work. DO NOT RECOMMEND, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Have always used the actual dealer but I noticed Quick Lane only had one car in the bays so thought I would try it. Now i know why. They do not honor the special at Ford that is priced or the special under Quick Lane because it is not priced they don’t off what it says is included. Called back and questioned it and they confirmed that is correct.

Had brakes replaced and they failed to tighten calipers. Cost me more money to have my vehicle diagnosed and parts replaced just to find out the calipers were not tightened. Service Manger felt it was the other service place fault they didn't diagnose they loose calipers the first time.

I have been using the Quick Lane for oil changes beginning back in 2011. Recently the manager Joel told me they do full service repairs. I could not be more pleased. Their prices are very fair and the repairs can be scheduled and completed timely. Best auto shop I have experienced. I have had my truck and my wife's car in for various repairs including her electric radiator fan.

After my first visit late in 2023 I would have left a 5 star review...but after my 2nd visit today a 3 is the best I can give based solely on an extra service I asked to be checked along with my routine oil change and rotation. The routine service received was perfect. My driver side parking light (part of the headlight assembly) is burned out so I figured I'd just have them do it, thinking it would be $15 maybe $20. The lady came back with $73! When I questioned it, she said that it takes about an hour because they have to remove the bumper cover, etc. I just said to forget it, confused as to why the bumper cover would need to be removed for something in the headlight assembly under the hood. After leaving, I realized she must have been talking about the fog/turn signal light(s) which I believe do require bumper cover removal. However, that was not the light that was out, others work fine. I do have to say everyone has been very friendly during my 2 visits...this one incident has really gotten under my skin though. Maybe an honest mistake but I clearly said it was the parking light and she even said the tech found it. I really hope that was it and not trying to overcharge an unsuspecting customer for a service that definitely doesn't cost that much even after bulb, mark up and labor. I mean seriously, how much would no more than 2 minutes have cost? Not a good look on y'all from a long time customer of Ford of Murfreesboro, who run the Quick Lane next door.

Because it is cold and I didn't want to freeze myself changing the truck oil, I came to the Quick Lane..... Well, they already drained the oil without checking and now come telling me they don't have the 0w40 in stock and want to charge me 100 just for parts!!!! Gotta get them down the road.... I told them screw that, I can get the oil from Walmart for $50! THEN they tell me they already drained it!! Gonna "give me a discount this one time".....

I have been going here for years and even though some faces have changed the service is always great. Sometimes you may have to wait, but they always try to work you in as much as possible. So many shops are backed up these days with work so I really appreciate that. They also price match tires which is nice because it saves you from having to go to another shop. Keep it up! Have a NEW 2025 F250 super duty lariat Edition. I stopped in to have my first 10,000 mile oil change and first ford recommend service. They rotated the tires did the inspection as ford requested. Changed the oil filter. BUT NOT THE OIL. I pulled the dipstick hoping to see new oil. It was still BLACK. I brought it to they’re attention and they insisted that’s normal after changing the oil in a diesel and running it for 10 minutes. I called BS I’ve owners a diesel for 20 years and have never had black oil right after an oil change. They changed the oil and oil filter again. For free but still insisted that the black oil was normal. After arriving home 10 miles away. I checked the oil and it was still like new. No black oil. I recommend not going there. If they will do that to an $80,000 truck and try to past it off as normal. That is JUST SAD. And they were hanging on the side of my brand new truck with a steel zippers jacket with no fender protector on the fender. The shop was filthy cooks like it has not been swept or mopped in months. Very poor management.
