My first experience w/Jewel and it was a very good one. All I needed was an oil change but I had never been to Jewel before and wasn't sure what to expect. Ryan got me in fast and back out in short order. I will use them again when needed and I've driven by there a thousand times and have no idea why I've overlooked them all this time. I will use them again and recommend you try them out too if you aren't already a customer. Thanks Ryan and crew.

This review is overdue but not forgotten! From the first day of contact vis a phone call, the experience was professional and positive. I had my 2013 chevy cruze serviced there. I believe they were honest assessing the work that needed to be done. As a woman, I'm always skeptical because I know shops don't give women a fair shake! I didn't feel that at all at Jewell. Ryan, the technician was clear in explaining the problem. The manager was kind. Initially, he made a comment that they could only drive the car so far in response to a question I had. I thought it was negative but after listening more I understood his response. The delivery was professional but I perceived it otherwise.which was my BAD lol. Professional service. Friendly staff. Knowledgeable. Fair pricing. Fast service. My car was finished soon after I approved the repair. I'd recommend them and use them again.

I had a great experience except for one thing. I went in because of being offered the 25% discount and when I was told the cost that wasn't included. I asked about it which some wouldn't have done. I am on a limited income and discounts are very significant. For future reference

If i could give this place 10 stars I would! Power steering system on my G37 was going out. Ryan at the front desk was very nice and knowledgeable. Due to the whole power steering system needing to be replaced the price of the repair was hefty. Ryan and the service manager helped me out by providing a coupon and sealing gasket for a oil leak for no extra charge since it was an easy fix while they were already doing the power steering repair saving me about $400 with the coupon and the oil leak fix. Repairs took about a day but they provided a ride home and a ride back to shop. Highly recommend this shop for all your auto repair needs!!!
