1st time visit, this muffler shop exceeded my expectations and received excellent service. Free in Fact. Thats what had inclined me to write this review, the share the word that good people are in the management of this business. Monte's muffler shop. I have a pickup I came in because i noticed an exhaust leak. Leak there was. A support hanger had fallen off my exhaust and there was a huge hole where it was to be. They welded it back up, never seen these people before in my life, and they sent me on my way and I was out in 15 minutes. Thank you very much!!

Very rude. Cut the starter wire on my truck they said they did not. I watched them do it. Costing me 200 to fix it. Asked for the money i paid them that day they kept saying did not cut bothing. Will not go back and recommend everyone not go either

What a GREAT experience! I highly recommend Monte's Muffler Shop. I needed a state inspection and some repair work done on my exhaust system – It was done well, the price was great and I was on my way much faster than I expected. Wish more auto repair places were like Monte’s!

Very helpful and kind here. My friend had a rattling sound coming from under her car from a previous speed bump incident. It should have been fix with the insurance claim repair, but it wasn't. We drove by and decided to pull in to have them take a look. They removed the bent bar that supports the exhaust piping if it falls through for free (secondary bar still in place). They were very professional and generous.

I came for minor repair. I stood outside waiting for service for 15 minutes. Then after several passes by working attendants I went inside to request service. I was told it would be about 30 min after they eat lunch. Absolutely terrible! It would be hard to imagine serious quality work when workers turn away paying customers.

Pulled in with my brand new Chevy yesterday and they got right on it. Put the custom exhaust on I wanted. Used quality parts and my truck sounds great. If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. I live in Waco and will go to ft Worth for now on and only to montes shop. Go see them. Excellent work at a awesome price.
