I recently purchased an exhaust system for my 2014 Cadillac ATS and was going to install myself. When I went to install the Borla system myself that is when I realized I wouldn't be able to do it myself due to GM changing the exhaust in the mid 2014 model year without any notification. With that said I tried purchasing a used system that are very hard to come by to a new system from a dealership but was no luck either because the exhaust that I had on the car now is the part that replaced the old exhaust and there was no way of purchasing the old part. After months of searching with no luck I decided to turn to having a custom muffler shop install it or see if they would even be able to install it. I stared searching the Internet and none of the shops that I found caught my eye or made me feel comfortable with them installing the custom exhaust on Cadillac, that is until I was on Google and came across Phil's Muffler Shop with such Amazement. Why I was so amazed is because I have never came across anyone with a 5☆☆☆☆☆ review rating. After reading all of Phil's reviews there was no question on who I was going to get to install the exhaust on my Cadillac. When I decided to go and see Phil to talk with him about my situation and to see if he would even be able to do it. I was surprised that he stopped on the job that he was working on to talk to me. He had quite a few customers that day, 4 to be exact. I didn't take the Cadillac up for him to see but I explained it to him with pictures the best that I could. After I was finished explaining everything to him, he told me that he needed a Y pipe. He said that he didn't have any in stock but he had some on coming in a few days to check back in a few days with him. I checked back with him to see if the Y pipe came in yet and to get a quote on how much it was gonna cost. After he got the Y pipe in I took my Cadillac up to see if he could do it. There was no one there when I pulled up and that made me happy because I had to go to work that day and I didn't know how long it was going to take him to do it. Well he got in my car and pulled it up on the lift and started "Going To Town" and what I mean by that is he is Very Fast and Very Good at what he does. Flawless!!! I think that someone in his other reviews stated that "it was like watching an artist at work". I couldn't have said it better myself. After is all finished and it was time to pay. He told me the total and I was extremely surprised because it was a lot lower than the quote he gave me over the phone. So I decided to give him what he quoted me over the phone which was $50 more and then I gave him another think it was $25 and told him that it was his tip. I have to do the exhaust in my other car too so needless to say will be getting my business for that one too and anything else that needs exhaust work I'll be taking to him. Oh one more thing most important of all. Phil's the most down-to-earth easy to talk two person you ever want to meet.. that's hard to come by in the shop owner. 2 years later I'm back with my 2018 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 with less than a 1000 miles on it. Great job once again, Thanks Phil!!!

my wife's Camaro exhaust got load yesterday, took it to Phil's muffler shop today to have it looked at. it was examined and found to be a broken weld between catalytic converter and muffler. The repair took about five minutes, best of all, I was not charged anything, very pleased with fast service, highly recommend Phil's Muffler Shop.

I came in and already knew the issue. It was for the driver’s side flex pipe they fixed it very fast at a very affordable rate. Definitely will be recommending and going back for anything exhaust related. As soon as I turned the car on the noise that’s been bothering me for two years finally went away. It was bliss

I went to them twice to get my catalytic converter fix two years in a row and the last time I went just because I went the cheap route they didn't want to check out my catalytic converter to see if it really need to be replaced. The first time I went it was all good but the second time I went my car was making noises to the point I came back it the noise was still there. As long as my car was movable I was good. This third was my last time that I ever do my business here ever again. I rather spend more money and have my catalytic converter work with no more issues in the future.

If I could give more stars I definitely would. Code PO430 was coming up on my inspection. I took it to Phil to change the Catalytic Converter, that’s a $850 job. But with his honesty and expertise, He told me to go to AutoZone and get a new oxygen sensor. I had already changed out one, but I needed the other one changed out as well. As soon as I changed it out, my trucks check engine light went out and I’m able to pass my inspection. He didn’t charge me anything for it, so I hope that he has many blessings and new clients. If I ever have any problems that Phil can fix. He’s the guy I’m taking it to 100%.

5/5 – Great Work and Honest Service! I brought my RSX to Phil’s Muffler Shop after installing an aftermarket exhaust I bought online that didn’t quite line up right. The guys at Phil’s took the time to extend and reweld part of the mid-pipe to make everything fit perfectly. The car sits pretty low, so some scraping is expected, but now it’s way better than before. They did clean, professional work and got it done quickly. Definitely recommend them if you need custom exhaust work or anything welded right! Best prices around as well!
