So as I sit here and write this review, I am actually extremely happy that I decided to make the drive to this particular location. After calling around to a few other local places and being told they can get me in on another day, I called here w no time to spare as it is a Saturday early evening! They told me to come right over, no worries and even if I had shown up with 1 minute left until closing they would have taken my car in for the service. Every single guy in here has been more than helpful, friendly and so knowledgeable. My oil change is happening right now… and guess what?!?? They were out of the filter that my car uses… and the service tech (Luis) actually went to buy one at Auto Zone I believe!!! Now what does that tell you about their superb level of customer service??? I would highly recommend this instant oil change location and the guys that are working right now. I’m glad I searched “oil change near me” and found this Jiffy Lube location on Federal Road in Danbury CT!!

Jiffy Lube drained my CVT oil instead of my engine oil and knowingly let me drive off the lot. The car stalled in the middle of Federal Rd and a 'CVT Error' and check engine light came on. A quick oil change turned into a 3.5 hour ordeal as their mechanic tried to rectify the situation. I was able to drive home but the check engine light is still on. I am horrified that they tried to return my car with NO CVT oil and I am concerned at the effects this will have on my transmission. This was the first oil change done on my brand new vehicle. I will never trust any Jiffy Lube to service any of my vehicles. What they did on 11/2/2023 was completely unacceptable and dangerous.

After a stating that I only wanted a oil change. They still wanted to try and sell me a oil filter. My car started idling funny after I left. Check engine light came on the next day. Brought it to a mechanic. And after 500 dollars they replaced the hose that leads to the air filter that jiffylube cracked.

1-17-2024 Had oil changed drove home to NH, started truck to warm up, went out to truck, truck making noise, oil in driveway. Called Jiffy Lube in CT, had my truck towed to local Jiffy Lube Rochester NH. Manager there called me back said the small amount of oil left in Truck filled with metal Filings, motor needs replacing, tamper seal not in place, contrary to Jiffy Lube policy. recommended tow to dealer. I had truck towed to my dealer. I asked for rental car was told to pay myself will be reimbursed. Greg Haynes (GH) called dealer paid for diagnosis. Jiffy sent warranty adjuster 2/19/24 that took the Jiffy oil filter away.GH called on 2/26 said they will take care of it will call right back. no call. I have rented car 4 days. My dealer believes Jiffy trying to shift blame to them. I am handicapped and use a wheelchair with many medical problems needing dr. appointments need this resolved. Jiffy refused liability, said oil filter they told my dealer to put on is not their filter.

This is the 2nd time I had a issue here. They have gotten careless and sloppy. Oil filter was not closed and I lost so much oil and all over my garage floor. Prices are high on top of that. 2nd time oil funnel was jamed inside under the hood and fluids were not topped off.

We were on a road trip and had to get oil changed. It was my first time at jiffy lube and I was impressed with the service. We were in and out in just 15 minutes. The was very clean and smelled great which was a big surprise for a car shop.

I wanted to give a shout out to Ryan and the guys at the Danbury Jiffy Lube. I had been on the road from near Hartford about an hour heading to PA to pick up my daughter for Christmas break- I noticed the tire pressure warning light had come on, so I was worried about some type of immient problem happening (and I still had five hours to go). I stopped in and they checked all the tires and reassured me that everything was fine. They were amazing and was so thankful!!!! 👍😊

Horrible experience. Wasted nearly 2 hours at this place. Went in for an oil change and was told they didn't have the filter. They asked me if I would wait for it to be delivered from autozone, which would take 15/20 minutes, so I agreed. Wasn't until an hour later that they told me they would just have to put the same filter back in after changing the oil. I wish they would let me know this before changing the oil as I would rather have gone to another place that could do everything all together. Scamming is what this was. I was given $20 off the bill which was a slap in the face as that was only to remove what they would charge me for the filter. Terrible experience and do not recommend this place.

I had about a twenty minute wait before my car was taken in , once it was taken in it only took about fifteen minutes before it was ready, all of the employees I spoke to were very polite and courteous and did their jobs very well. I would recommend them to anyone that i know. I would like to make a note that on my last visit on December 26th this location refused to use a coupon for fifteen dollars off on my oil change saying that they didn’t bother with coupons anymore but one of my coworkers used the same coupon two weeks prior.

Forget everything negative you have heard about Jiffy Lube. This team knows what they are doing. Trusted two Highlanders with transmission drains and fills and coolant change. Don't hesitate. Charlie is fantastic. Ordered specific transmission fluids from Autozone to meet the spec of my car. They might just be my new service station for everything. Met a guy in the waiting area that was getting his differential fluid done on an old Toyota TJ Cruiser with 198k miles. He was also referred to this location. Forget the dealer. Reasonable prices. Did not try to upsell me. They also gave the car a solid once over. Very happy.
