Very friendly and professional group. Excellent attention to details and provided a very thorough analysis at the end of oil change. They looked over the entire bottom of the vehicle searching for any leaks or issues. These quick oil change companies want you on and out. Thus jiffy lube was very professional, thorough and treated the customer like family. Highly recommend them.

Came from Oregon, desperately needed an oil change. I popped in on a Tuesday, and Tyler was kind enough to tell me about ladies day and to come back the following day! When I did he was the first to great me and remembered me. Anyway made me feel at home and very nice. Their waiting room as complimentary popcorn and beverages!

I have been traveling across the country for the last month. When my car inevitably needed an oil change I stopped here. These gentlemen were so kind and helpful! My experience was awsome. At first I didn’t know much of what was going on since this was my first oil change, but Than the head mechanic actually took me into the garage and showed everything I needed to know under my car! He showed each problem and leak and how to fix it and was SO transparent with me. Highly suggest coming here great great service

Once again. I get there and tell them I only want the oil change. No signature service. Come time to check out they call me back and mention the signature service as a charge. So they are automatically charging people signature service when I clearly stated just the oil change. This is the second time this jiffy lube has done this. They are polite and do a good job but i have a made it clear I only want the oil change. Stop charging people for a service they made very clear they didn't want.

This Jiffy Lube sets the standard for AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE which is hard to find now a days!!! I will be forever a loyal customer to this location. They had me in and out in under 15 min they made sure to show me everything they did before I left and showed me the oil dip stick to verify correct levels. I have been to other Jiffy Lubes where it took 2 hours for a simple oil change but mean while the employees didn't seem to care about the customers time. I will point everyone I know to this location. Thank you for the customer service that I thought was dead.

Im traveling for the holiday week and when I was an hour from my destination my change oil light came on. I went straight to a place I regularly get the oil changed at. They read the lipstick wrong and after waiting 2 hours, they refused to change the oil. I took it to jiffy lube 2 days later when I had time again. They got me taken care of in 15 minutes and out the door. Great customer service.

First time getting my oil changed here. Great for the most part, they seemed to be in a hurry to get me out of there. Little things like vacuuming, windshield cleaning, etc. are things I kinda look for. My dealer has no problem providing services like this. Perhaps oil, or service chains are like this.

It’s New Year Eve afternoon and I needed my oil changed. Was greeted promptly by a service agent and informed it would be 45 mins to an hour. I needed it, so I stayed. They offered to sit inside with snacks and a drink but chose to sit in my truck to get some work done. I started a timer just to see how much waiting I would do. Next tie cars pulled in and out and then it was my time. I pulled in, they offered the lobby to me one more time but I needed to finish some documents so they let me stay in the truck. I pulled in at 27 mins and 39 secs. Can I just say thank you very much for giving me a reasonable time frame with a happy, less than anticipated, time frame. I appreciate it. The employees were friendly and helpful, I appreciate being to stay in my truck to finish work. I appreciate getting in faster than expected. I appreciate the friendliness despite the busy time and the New Year’s Eve holiday. Thanks for all you do!!
