WORST customer service experience I have ever had! I made an appointment on Thursday to come in at noon on Saturday. I got there 20 minutes early and they said there was a problem with my appointment and they had to re enter it. After that they said it would be a two hour wait!!!! So we came back two hours later and they said there was a mix up and they hadn’t even gotten my car in yet!!!!!!!!! I won’t be able to pickup my car until 4 now. I waited 4 hours just to get two tires put on that I had already bought and made an appointment for two days before. And I had to make TWO trips in to Walmart from my house! I will not be buying from them again and neither should you. There are plenty of other places around town that will get the job done much better and faster.

I had a flat tire and even though they couldn’t fix it, they at least helped me out and guided me. Mark was diligent and took his time to weigh out all options.

I'm too lazy to find a better place to go, but improvements could definitely be made. Time before last that I went, I asked the lady at the desk. "I can't help you, ask the old man out there." Old man out there, "I can't help you, ask the lady in there." Then the old man out there popped his head on the window and said, "I hope you don't really want your oil changed, because we are real busy." 5 minutes later my car was "done," but I really don't believe they did anything to my car. I could write a book about this place. I really like Nephi though, have grown attached to the kid over the years. (I am sad to have to say this, but it's truth.)

I am only giving 1 star because I can't do zero stars. I took my car to the Ammon location Saturday evening at 6:20pm. There were absolutely no cars getting oil changes or waiting. Employees standing around talking. They turned me away due to 'being booked out for the night'. They said they had to take their breaks. Pretty sure breaks are supposed to be taken well before closing. 😡 Will NEVER be back, sad too cause I usually send all of our company vehicles there for oil changes quite often. I pay the bills, they will not be back either.

I will never go to this auto center again. They are rude and short tempered especially this old guy who greets you when you enter. Walmart advertises that you can get your headlights installed and the guy was irritated and annoyed that bothered him. So I end up leaving, bad customer service. If it’s a service the employees don’t want to do then don’t advertise it!

Had bouncing in the car so thought tires needed balanced. Took it in on a Sunday. Ended up being ice and snow packed on the rims. They cleaned it up and didn't charge for it. Appreciate the honesty about the issue and greatful they didn't just swindle me. Went back 2 weeks later and got an oil change there. Service was quick and professional.

Walmart was helpful with getting our tires on. They sold a tire that we told them we was buying making us go to the walmart across town. If it wasn't for Matt and Shayna help and Shayna helping make sure we got our tires mounted working tell the very last minute we appreciate them.

literally the worst experience of my life. i bought 2 tires they said i needed 4. so i ordered 4. but they had refunded me for 2, (still haven’t gotten my refund) i went to pay for 2 of them. and then he tried to charge me $400 for 2 tires. When i originally paid $200 for 2 tires. Stay clear of these morons who can’t even run the ipad to log you in.

I have an issue with one tire that’s still under the manufacturer warranty, Walmart said they need someone else to make sure the tire is the issue because after 2 re-balancing it still shakes like crazy. To add onto this after getting the new tires (the ones with issues) installed they back it out of the garage and hit another car they had parked lined up with another bay.

Nephi (automotive Dept) was instrumental in assisting me with a car battery issue. Although it was after the fact I had already paid for my new battery, he was able to identify the fact my original battery was still under warranty and thanks to his AMAZING attention to detail, I was able to leave with a new battery without cost to me. Great work Nephi!! You're definitely my hero at Walmart today!!!

If I could give a zero I would! I should have looked at these reviews before going there. Old lady working the front counter on 9/06/24 had such a bad attitude & absolutely hates her job! To top it off she had no clue on what was going on! It might be cheaper but you literally are getting what you pay for! Service was absolutely a joke! My husband went back at 4pm to get the tires installed. He was sitting there for 3 hours after being told it would be an hour! They do NOT care to provide good service. It is not worth your time going here!

I went to get an oil change to ensure a safe trip. Unfortunately, they didn’t replace the gas cap. Currently, I am stuck in Wyoming 30 miles south of Jackson at 2 in the morning. Thanks Walmart. Will be pursuing reimbursement for damages to my truck.

Took a tire in it that had a nail and they said they couldn’t fix it and so they put the spare on but they put it on the front when it is not supposed to be on the front and they were rude and ignorant. I took the tire to my moms work today and they were able to fix it no problem.

You can't beat their full synthetic oil change price. This auto center is horrible with keeping their appointments, though. They have a couple employees that constantly show up late and should be fired. They move cars ahead of you that don't have an appointment and show up after you, and I was there 11 minutes before my scheduled appointment. I was the first appointment of the day. They proceeded to pull the guy that pulled in behind me and checked in after me ahead of me. This was after they asked if he had an appointment and he said no. They told him 2 hour wait and he was gone 25 minutes later, and my car was still outside.

Brought in a filter to get my cars oil changed and told them i wasnt sure if it was the right one and i would be waiting and to let me know. sat down in there waiting room for an hour before I got up to check on it to find out it was the wrong filter and they didnt think to tell me despite me asking specifically to be told if it was the wrong on because I wasnt sure. I am never getting another oil change here again.

Mistakes happen, but how you deal with them makes all the difference. I want to personally commend Matt, Nephi, and Nakya. They have gone above and beyond for me multiple times, as we have dealt with wrong times being sent, and issues we have had resulting from that. I can’t say enough good about the staff here and that to me means everything professional, courteous, and quick, always willing to fit me in wherever they can and do the absolute best for me. Customer services super important in my opinion and because of the amazing customer service I received I will continue to patronize this location.
