Service was fast and convenient. As I was leaving, I noticed my windshield was dirt, but no washer fluid came out when I turned it on. Reviewing the receipt, not only was topping the washer fluid on their list of services provided, so what cleaning all the windows. These seem to be common problems at oil change places.

Credit where credit's due -- when I took my Outback in for an oil change, I asked them to swap out the air filter because the current one had been in there at least a few years. The tech brought in the current one and it was way cleaner than I was expecting (car had been used a lot less the last few years due to WFH), so I could skip that to save some money. Sure, it's just a small part of the overall bill, but I think most of us would expect most shops to just replace the filter anyway and take the money. The honesty was greatly appreciated.

The service was relatively quick and the staff was friendly, however, I feel as though I severely overpaid for the services I received. Never have I paid as much as I did for an oil change. (Roughly $50 more than other shops in the past and more than double when I have done it myself) Therefore, I would not recommend this shop to others in the community. Do not make the same mistake as I did, and make sure to shop around a little.

Nice fellas here, got my car in tip top shape for a long trip to Maryland. I emphasized that I wanted to be safe and ensure that my car was in good condition for the journey. They got me in and out very quickly and when I had some smearing with my windshield wipers they fixed it right up and showed me where the issue was which made me feel better and trust them with my car. They didn’t have my air/cabin filter, so I’ll have to see if that is something that can be ordered beforehand. I’ll be back in the future to get my routine oil change done again for sure. Seriously appreciated the timeliness and service

Great service. Manager was very polite and helpful getting checked in. Added a tire rotation to oil change and expected about a half an hour wait… seems like it was about 15 minutes and it was done. I would give 10 stars if I could! The Neil location goes above and beyond. As a single woman, whose father has passed away, (I relied on him if certain repairs are actually necessary, or if he or somewhere else could do it for cheaper) -I no longer worry about that, I trust them. They are honest people and hard workers, they are not the kinda shop that will pull one over on you in order to make money (specially as a woman who doesn’t know cars). They are so kind and so personable. Shannon is knowledgeable, honest, and an absolute gem-love that guy. The people working there keep me coming back, my whole family will only go to them for car needs/repairs. Another shout out to an awesome worker, (so sorry, didn’t catch his name!) he’s a black gentleman who is tall and wears a beanie cap. He is awesome and even helped install my phone mount, just to help a customer out, he def didn’t have to do that, but did bc they care about their customers. That location is all about CUSTOMER SERVICE & CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. That is the name of the game w that Jiffy location. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK, everyone-it does not go unnoticed
