This review is ONLY for Andrew, a technician at this location. Another employee, that should work elsewhere, gave me reason to contact corporate to open a case regarding an issue I don’t want to address here. Corporate resolved it to my satisfaction. Andrew’s customer service is outstanding, A+, 5 star, and every positive accolade there is, for excellent service. I’m contacting corporate again today for him to be recognized as the asset he is to Jiffy Lube. He needs recognition for caring about the issues I’ve encountered from the first day there to today!

Lovely people. My mechanic didn’t top off fluids after an oil change. I stopped in to jiffy lube and they took a look at my engine, topped everything off, and didn’t charge me. All they asked was to consider a rating and future work with them. May have to switch!

First of all, we called to see if there was time to get our oil changed and they said yes I gave him the Make of the car year model gave me a price go. There is completely different like $50 difference. in the responded like they couldn’t do nothing about it. He said he did knock off 10% for taking so long, but whose fault is that the next day my mechanic came to change the thermostat on the car I opened the hood and the cover where the oil is put in the cover was on the back of the motor. The clip was broken on it. The car engine does have dust on it, but there was oil handprints all over and spilled oil all over it. No one said a word so that’s why I am writing to you people.

DO NOT COME TO THIS JIFFY LUBE. I came here last year and when I left they did not replace my drain plug gasket. In less than 2 weeks I was almost out of oil. When I came back in for them to fix it, they failed to put the screws back in to screw on my engine splash shield. Absolutely horrible job. I was also told they would take care of next one for the inconvenience and their manager said no when I came to take them up on that.

I had service done last week and now I have a pool of oil on my garage floor. I called and didn’t even get a “sorry about that”. Not sure I’d go back except now I have to. Edit Update. The manager called me this morning to ask some questions about the situation. He asked if there was enough oil in the engine to drive it over there so that they could have a look at it. I did and so I headed over there today. They got me in immediately to look things over, figured out that it wasn't a leak but left over from pulling the filter out. Apparently it is positioned so when it is removed there is some left over oil that they didn't get to. He then gave what I needed to clean up the oil in my garage offering to have it professionally done which I thought was nice but not necessary. I have changed my rating to 4 stars since they did a great job of fixing the issue. Edit #2. After having the engine inspected again and being told it was the oil filter my car kept having oil underneath it. I took it back and after a third inspection they figured out that it was the plug was put in incorrectly with an o-ring being pinched. They had to call a local parts store and have a new plug sent over. They are nice enough people that work there but I doubt I'll go back. It took 3 inspections to figure out what the issue was. I just don't think I want to take a chance that they will mess it up again.

The one star is for the oil change. It was changed as requested. The missing four stars are because the wiper blades weren't check, the cabin air filter was never checked, the tire pressure wasn't checked and the battery wasn't even verified. These complaints are brought up because these are verified as ok on their documentation they provided. My battery needs to replaced and the right rear tire has a leak. I have an appointment at another facility to fix the headlight already which verified as ok. This is not how business should be conducted considering the amount that is charged for the services.

The gentleman were very nice they were receptive to my questions they did it in a timely fashion everything was in tip top they're one of the most best honest jiffy lubes I've been to in a while in Tacoma Washington I appreciate their service I've gotten three different cars to the lot and every time I brought in something or had a problem they fixed it no issue very friendly. I have recommended them to family and friends. There was one time when my Chevy Trailblazer had a problem after the oil changed it was leaking oil and they helped me out tremendously with not only getting it fixed but like the right steps to go about choosing a mechanic and or you know doing it personally so I can't thank them enough.

I’ve been a loyal customer since 2013. Andrew and Sequilla went above and beyond for me. I’m driving to Bellingham tomorrow but I broke my driver’s side taillight. I had a new replacement with me. They checked the tires and oil and filled both. Then Andrew installed my new taillight in ten minutes. Thank you for having such a kind and thoughtful service members. I had an amazing experience at this location. The team here at jiffy Lube was amazing. Andrew was extremely kind and told me exactly what part I needed. He made sure that it was replaced and I was good to go prior to leaving for my trip. They were super kind and worked very efficiently. I appreciate that he took the time to educate another employe while doing a unique part replacement on my SUV. They gained a long term customer today, and I absolutely recommend you come to this Jiffy Lube! Edit: I wrote this review while getting the work on my car done because I was so impressed by their work and professionalism. But, at the end, they really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I was in Tacoma for the day for family / work, but work & live in Seattle. I’m so impressed that I will now be driving out here for all vehicle maintenance. It’s very hard to find honest, kind mechanics. So I’m very glad I stumbled across this business.
