Had my first visit to a Jiffy Lube at this location, for a very much needed Oil Change & it was such a great experience from the start!! Such friendly and outgoing team members that gave helpful information on services they recommend should be done, but not pressuring to get it done right then and there. Shoutout to Chas, I believe, for checking me in and out & Terrence, I believe, for doing the change! I appreciate their help and my overall experience! Wife took her 2016 mazda cx5 here a few times and they stripped her drain plug. I went and bought a new drain plug for them to replace. That drain plug was either stripped also or they didn't replace it and said they did. I'm the only one that has changed her oil in the past and never ran into this problem. We're never coming back here.

I found out some things about my car as well I didn’t know about so I appreciate the knowledge that was given to me. Wyatt was wonderful he informed me on every thing that was going on and his team was very polite and helpful as well. By far the best jiffy lube I’ve been too.
