Had major trailer work done here: spindle replacement, all brake chambers replaced, and wheel oil seals on both sides. The service was smooth and well organized, and the mechanics clearly know what they’re doing. The repairs were done thoroughly and properly, not just “good enough.” You can see that they work with experience and take pride in their job. Communication was clear, and there were no surprises along the way. I’m happy with how everything turned out. Got my Freightliner Cascadia to this shop towed with engine oil pressure issue… my oil pump suction tube broke down the plastic piece and i got extremely low engine oil pressure, and almost killed my DD15 engine. Eugene took my truck to the shop same day without waiting line and get it done by the end of the day! Also we fixed other several problems, recharged A/C system and fixed ABS issue. Brought my Volvo in for a pretty serious clutch job. The truck started slipping under load and throwing some transmission related codes, so I knew it wasn’t just a simple adjustment. The guys at Torpedo Truck Repair in Kent, WA diagnosed it properly and confirmed the clutch needed to be replaced. They replaced the clutch, clutch actuator and clutch control solenoid, resurfaced the flywheel and installed a new bearing along with a new engine crankshaft seal. It wasn’t a small job, but everything was done the right way — not just a quick fix. They explained why the actuator and solenoid were important to replace together with the clutch so I don’t end up back in the shop in a few months. Now the truck shifts smooth again, no slipping, no jerking, and no leaks. You can tell they know Volvo trucks and heavy duty transmission work. Solid semi truck repair shop, professional crew and good communication through the whole process. Truck is back on the road and pulling strong again.

Nice repair shop, honest and professional service. Did PM service on my truck Kenworth, also they told me about bad coolant hoses and 3rd axle brake shoes worn out, we fixed everything. During service I asked about computer diagnostic, they do have all softwares for all engine types (included PACCAR engine diagnostic), Eugene found emission system issue and offered to replace sensor and perform DPF force regen service. After we done everything - fault gone and truck works much powerful! I took one week to see if everything will continue working good before I did this review - and there is no any issues. I’ll come back for the alignment service, I saw that they have brand new hunter alignment machine. And for sure, prices are fair! Thank you guys

Came for alignment service to this guys. They found several problems with my suspension and get it fixed. Tried a lot of different alignment services and all of them just charged money and said “everything perfectly aligned”, but after couple weeks I started getting problems again… changed 1 set of tires unfortunately because of bad services. Finally I found perfect service who really knows how to do everything with the truck, especially suspension! Replaced king pins and rear axle leaf spring bushings, also installed new tires for fair price. Drove 1 month without and problems!!! I highly recommend this Service - THANK YOU GUYS!

I came to this shop after a Level 1 DOT inspection put my truck Out of Service because of an air brake leak. The mechanic found the issue above axle 2, repaired the air valves and fittings, and made sure there were no more air leaks. The truck passed the air loss test after the repair. I had an emergency road service situation and these guys helped me out . They quickly diagnosed a short circuit in the battery system, replaced all four batteries, cleaned the terminals, and installed proper protection. Everything was done neatly and professionally. The wiring looks clean, the batteries are secured correctly, and you can see that they care about doing the job properly, not just getting the truck running and leaving. It’s a big relief when road service is handled this well and with attention to detail. Very happy with how everything was taken care of.

Came to this shop with coolant leakage from nowhere, my truck took 1 gal of coolant every week, and I could find from where it’s leaking. Other shops did replacements for coolant hoses but it doesn’t help at all. Eugene mechanic performed inspection and found coolant leakage from EGR cooler - it was huge leakage. I replaced EGR with them, replaced for OEM, very nice and fast service. Prices are reasonable and team is friendly! Also I replaced coolant tank and did brake shoes with them. Definitely I’ll come back later for alignment service and tire change. Also they have very nice road side assistant truck and they are ready for help 24/7. This is thrusted repair shop for heavy duty equipment. I saw a lot of Volvo and Freightliner trucks, also they do PACCAR engine repairs which is not very common. Especially for PACCAR they have a lot of things. My recommendation!!

Had to call for Emergency Road Service while parked at a large distribution facility with my 2016 Volvo. The check engine light came on and the truck didn’t feel right. First thing I noticed — they actually picked up the phone immediately. For 24/7 semi truck road service, that already says a lot The mechanic arrived very fast, and honestly I was surprised when I saw their service truck. It’s literally a shop on wheels — fully equipped, organized, professional. I’ve seen many road service units before, but not like this one He connected OEM Volvo diagnostic software right there in the parking lot and performed a full electrical diagnostic. Turned out I had a DPF system issue and my batteries were too weak. Everything was clearly explained, no guessing. Stopped by this semi truck repair shop in Kent because my Western Star with Cummins engine needed a forced DPF regeneration. The truck was starting to derate and the dash was showing emission warnings, so I didn’t want to risk getting stuck somewhere on the road. Eugene, the lead mechanic, handled it. He connected their diagnostic equipment and OEM software for Cummins engine diagnostics, checked the fault codes and performed the DPF forced regeneration service right there. The whole process was quick and very professional. What I appreciated the most is that he actually explained why the problem happened and what I should watch for in the future so the yDPF system doesn’t clog again. Not every truck repair shop takes the time to explain things like that. You can tell these guys know what they’re doing when it comes to diesel engine diagnostics, emissions systems, and check engine light repairs on semi trucks. The shop is well equipped and they work on many different makes and models. If someone is looking for semi truck diagnostics or DPF service near Kent / Seattle, this place is definitely worth stopping by. Good people and very solid work. My truck is running normal again.
