I've been here several times in the past and always had great service. Today I went in for an oil change and because I haven't been driving that much during the pandemic, they told me I actually didn't need an oil change. They didn't charge me anything and said to check back in after another 1,500-2,000 miles. In a world where many businesses do whatever it takes to earn more money, it was refreshing to have a business that was honest and truly there for the customer.

I’ve been going to this location for the past couple years, and I’m always very happy with my experience. Dropped in today for my regular oil change, and as always was not disappointed. I had an excellent experience at Jiffy Lube. The team working on my car was incredibly professional, clearly identifying the exact issue and explaining it to me in detail. They worked efficiently, completing the service ahead of the estimated time they initially provided. Their expertise and dedication made the process smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend Jiffy Lube to my friends. Thank you, Raja Krishna Srivatsav Arra, and the entire team for the outstanding service! I don’t know their names, but all three team members were incredibly friendly and helped me out of a major issue I was facing with my car. Stop by for a last minute oil change, me and my three girls, manager came out to greet and was very professional and let me know he was short staff for the day, and if I didn't mind a short wait. I didn't just went next door to eat. Came out and only had to wait 12 min which was good timing. Thank you and your team! Be back soon.

10/10 customer service. I came for an oil change and they checked my cabin filter which was filthy. They asked me if I wanted to change it and told me the price before doing it. I don’t know anything about cars but the guys here are trustworthy and honest. I will be coming back here for my routine oil change

I came here on a cold quiet Wednesday afternoon. I was in the middle of my work shift and the fourth hour struck. You know what that means?? time for lunch! I called the store and spoke to a person over the phone who had a very nice soft, warm customer service voice. Ask them if they accept if I bring my own own parts. They said absolutely, no problem. After calling 10 different shops in the area that service BMWs. This is the only place I could find that would let me bring my own oil change parts. I'm not picky. I just feel like if I buy my own oil filter, I could buy a higher quality one than what they offer with the oil. I drive a diesel so not all shots always have diesel oil. Anyways after speaking over the phone, they told me I could come over. Then went over to the shop and checked in my vehicle with the team. They were so cordial and friendly. I don't remember the kind of gentleman's name, but he had excellent Buddha-like enlightened, existentialism spirituality-type vibes. I left and came back a few hours later later to pick it up . I didn't even ask and somehow they filled my washer fluid For free without me even asking. Like they read my mind, even though I wasn't even thinking about it.. Upon check out, I was blessed to have the manager Duane check me out and give me my keys . he said that he is the one behind this fantastic team. I believe it really shows when the manager is top-notch. The rest of the team really comes together. I really appreciate them for helping me out. I think them for their work.. five out of five stars I will definitely recommend to others in the area who are in need of vehicular service.

The team here is awesome! I had service here about 6 weeks ago for an oil change a coolant flush. I was having some temp issues today and they were kind enough to look at it free of charge and point me in the right direction to get further repairs if they are needed. Highly recommend these guys they seem to care! Will be coming back 💪🏼

These guys were great. They know the meaning of customer service and are clearly experienced. Went in following up on another oil change place that I just did concerned about the service. These guys checked and found a loose skid plate. They found a bolt missing and the hole stripped. They were able to find a suitable bolt and fix it onsite. I am and will continue to be a regular here and, if they are closed, go ahead and wait until they are open to get their services specifically. Knowledgable technicians.

Dwayne and Santino are probably the fasssstest 2-man crew I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Dwayne met me at the door, greeted me with that huge engaging smile, repped himself, and JiffyLube, 💯. Impressed! Santino fully explained the work to be performed as he wrote up the ticket, and as a team, they did that work. When back here again in SantaClara, my trust is secure that my truck will get this same quality service and I will be treated the same way, as a friend. Dwayne..Thank You! I went to Jiffy Lube today for a simple oil change on my Kia Sorento Hybrid. They told me it would cost $207, while the official Kia dealership only charges $178 for the same service — and they actually specialize in Kia vehicles! I asked if there was anything special that justified the higher price, but honestly, there was no difference in service quality. No better oil, no additional work — just a much higher price for a basic job. What made it worse is that I had a $33 discount coupon, and they refused to accept it, with no proper explanation. On top of that, the staff were rude and unprofessional — zero customer service and no respect for the customer. It felt like all they care about is overcharging people, not providing value or respectful service. This was definitely my last visit to Jiffy Lube, and I strongly recommend others to compare prices and service quality before coming here.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The service at this Jiffy Lube location was extremely disappointing. You end up paying almost twice as much as other places for nothing extra. They list a bunch of services they’re supposed to include, but then they don’t actually do them — not even the simplest ones. They flat-out lie just to rush your car out. I specifically asked for a couple of things, and they still skipped them. They couldn’t even change my air filter and gave me a ridiculous excuse for why they couldn’t do it. I asked them to adjust the tire pressure, and the guy told me he did — even when my car still showed low tire pressure. When I pointed it out, he just said the sensor was broken. The next day I went to a different place, and they fixed it in less than a minute. No sensor issue at all — just laziness or dishonesty at Jiffy Lube. Honestly, it felt like they were doing everything they could to avoid providing the full service — even though I paid way more than I should have. I really miss the level of service I used to get at Jiffy Lube in Texas. This place has no quality control, no management, nothing. It’s hurting the company’s reputation. Someone needs to step in and fix it — or shut it down before it gets worse.

This Bower’s location in san jose, they’re pretty accommodating, once you pulled out your car, they will approach you with those smile. So easy to talk to them. Everything i ask i never heard them say “NO” instead they tell you “will see what we can do” and they tell you everything in details and tell you to ask questions.. you’ll can feel they’re concerned! 100% ill be back to this location. Great team work and great team player!

This was my first time at Jiffy Lube, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My husband and I know very little about cars—we just came in for a regular oil and filter change—but we were lucky to meet three outstanding employees who went above and beyond to make sure we felt informed and taken care of. From the moment we arrived, they were clear about pricing and encouraged us to ask any questions. I felt comfortable asking about the general condition of my car, and one of the team members—an African American gentleman who I believe was the manager, as he was wearing a different uniform—took the time to check my brakes and brake fluid. He also gave me a helpful explanation of warning signs to look out for in the future. What stood out most was their patience, kindness, and willingness to share free advice without any pressure. Honestly, this was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had anywhere. Keep up the great work! I’ll definitely be back and will recommend this location to all my friends.

Excellent. Very professional and speedy. There's nothing more I could ask for. Make sure to print out a coupon from their site and use CardBear or Costco to buy discounted gift cards to use on top of the coupon! The services are a bit pricey, but with the coupon/gift card, it becomes very very reasonable. I was in and out for an oil change literally in 5-10 mins. Thank you!

I am a regular customer here and something has changed recently. - The newer staff seem to be keen on upselling unnecessary items - after service, I noticed one of my tires was looking a bit lighter than others and I enquired if they had checked air. They confirmed that they did and nothing looked odd. Within the hour, my tire pressure indicator turned on and I had to fix issues with my driver seat tire. Ironically, I had just paid for tire rotation Terrible service, take your business elsewhere. Quite disappointed that one of the better Jiffy Lube centers has turned into an unreliable service shop.

Had a positive experience at this Jiffy Lube today. From the moment I pulled in, the staff greeted me politely and were very professional throughout the entire visit. They explained the services clearly, gave me upfront pricing, and made sure I understood what was being done before starting. It’s always nice to see a team that works efficiently but still takes the time to be courteous and respectful. The service area looked well-organized and clean, and the waiting time was minimal. I also appreciated how they kept me updated during the process and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services — just honest, straightforward maintenance. Overall, this location stands out for its great customer service and professionalism. Definitely one of the best Jiffy Lube experiences I’ve had, and I’ll be coming back here for my next oil change. Highly recommend!
