Macon location was great! Had a horrible experience at a different location out of state. Trying to tell me I needed services that I didn’t, waited until I got home to go to the Macon location on Forsyth rd. Only had to wait a few minutes for car in front of me then got me in. Had oil change and they replaced the air & cabin filters. I have been to this location a few times since moving to Georgia. I have never had a bad experience here! Everyone is always so nice and so helpful. Pricing was great, I had a coupon which made it better! I will definitely be back for next oil change! And definitely refer anyone to this location!

Great experience every time I go. The people are nice and the work gets done quickly. Been using them for 3 years great company they just have forgot to reinstall my skid plate bolts the last 6 visits and leaves me with a rattle sound down the road

Avoid at all cost. I normally have my VW serviced at the VW dealership, I decided to pull in and give this shop a try. Less than 24 hours later my 2008 VW lightly driven 149,167 miles (whom never stalled out in the 5 years I owned it) stalled while taking my son to school. The mobile mechanic explained that my engine and surrounding areas were flooded with fluids. I had to finance another VW. It sucks having a car payment in this economy after driving my paid off vehicle for so long. In the long run I paid a hefty price as a result of this decision to pull in and try a new shop.

Absolutely horrible!! Unprofessional, will NEVER go back. So when they tried opening my hood, the goofball couldn't find the release. It's a 05 avalanche. Not rocket science! Silverado avalanche Sierra Tahoe suburban in that year range all have the release BEHIND THE BOWTIE ON THE GRILL. This goofball after I told him where it was went to the toolbox and grabbed a screwdriver, luckily I was watching him and jumped out before he damaged my truck. So Jiffy lube wants $130 to change my oil and they have a goofball who grabs a screwdriver to unlatch my hood? 3,4 people were close and didn't see what he was doing? Pathetic!! Beware!!!
