I showed up early before the store even opened at 7:40 in the morning and Tyler brought me right in. I got to say, I was planning on waiting the 20 minutes until they opened, but since he was here early he let me in and made my day! Made sure all of my tires were set to the right pressure as my TPMS meter was on - did a full quality inspection and absolute stellar service. Five stars to Tyler for representing Jiffy Lube the way I remember this place to be. Another reason why I'll keep coming back.

Have used this location for the last few oil changes on my s10 the last time I came it the technician over tightened the oil pan plug stripping it out. Trucks going to need a new oil pan probably costing more than $1000 for parts labor etc. Will not be going to the location in the future and am reaching out to corporate or the owner of the franchise to resolve this issue. I also will no longer be bringing my fleet vehicles here.

I had one of the best experiences in a car shop I’ve ever had with Ry yesterday. They were so welcoming and explanatory. I had just completed a cross country road trip and my car wasn’t very happy with me. Ry cleared some things up for me that I was confused about under the hood with zero condescension, just information, and made sure I was cool in the lobby—they offered me water and turned the AC on while I waited. I am so pleased with my service, especially because Ry made sure I knew what was what and explained everything they were doing to soup my engine up. Thanks so much for the great experience - you got a new fan and cheerleader of Jiffy Lube on E Wash out of me!!

** Editing to update that the Jiffy Lube team has reached out to me and has agreed to cover the cost of the damage that was assessed by the local Volvo dealer. We executed paperwork and I received payment within. a few days. Once I finally reached somebody on the regional level, they were very responsive.** They did $400 worth of damage to my vehicle and aren't taking responsibility. They failed to reattach the engine cover/mud guard properly, stripping the fasteners in the process. The cover came loose and dragged on the ground - it's now damaged and needs to be replaced. I've talked to the GM but he keeps putting me off and you can't get in touch with anyone at corporate or the francisee.
