Looked like a new irresponsible mechanic did my oil change well turns out he spill the oil all over my truck engine and coil pack supposedly they cleaned it well I drove it home about a mile from their place took my dog for a walk then I did one errand also about a mile from my house when I came back I noticed some oil on my driveway so I checked the engine and there was still some oil all over (what a great job they performed) so I look up on line about oil on the coil pack and it said might mess up its performance so I called Jiffy and spoke to the manager Daniel who told me “bring it back so I can clean it “ I did and he took care of the mess the young fellow did what a disappointment I mean I get that the guy was probably new but to me this was poor training Daniel wrote on my receipt $30 off on my next visit but I am really skeptical of going back been going here for oil changes for a while now but I guess I have to shop somewhere else

Went in for an oil change and all the guys were extremely kind and courteous! I loved the fact that they showed everything that was done and made sure I understood what they were saying! lol I was in and out for an oil change within 15 minutes! Thanks guys!

I was thoroughly impressed by the service at this Jiffy Lube. The technicians were personable and helpful. I had my 6 month old daughter with me, and they held the door open for me when entering and exiting the facility. True gentlemen. The service was quick with no hassle. Much easier than trying to get routine oil changes done at the dealership. Will be back again!

Nice guys , did fast work on my oil change , but made a crucial mistake that almost cost me my truck , the workers left the rags inside my hood and they almost caught the truck on fire . I had to pull over because my hood was smoking real bad then I noticed the towels inside . I know it was an honest mistake but I’d love to hear back from the manager at the location. Wanted to make you guys aware so that you can sharpen that up . Very important to remove all work rags from the hood after a change of oil . Thank you 🙏🏽

I've used this Jiffy lube for non dealer oil changes and gen maintenance for 20 years. They have always been reliable, and quick. It's my favorite jiffy lube location. They aren't too pushy about some of the filters etc and can recognize that I maintain that myself. But they do provide good customer service and upselling. They do provide coupons on the website.
