My back window was completely broken on my Toyota Highlander and these guys took care of it right away. They even took the time to clean out the broken glass from the back seat. I had called numerous places for my window some never called back n others were way too high. One place after I called back to double check their quote they wanted to charge more. Alex auto glass gave fair n honest price it was done quicker than they told me . I sent my daughter there for her window that was busted due to a break in ,and again they were professional and even called back to tell her that when the window was broken it did something with the motor .Alex Auto Glass fixed the motor without charging anything extra and fixed the window. If you want honest work with fair prices and good customer service Alex Auto Glass is your best choice!

Tinted my first and second car here. First time was perfect and the second time was done improperly. Thankfully they have a warranty for their services. The main guy and his father or very nice and straight forward. Only concern is that they don't have preset prices. My first service was a removal of a previous tint and installment. Then the second time around I only had a installment... and it was priced higher? I'd still come back because of their quality of service.

Alejandro, Alex, David are knowledgable, courteous, polite and very friendly. Alejandro gave me an estimate for my cracked wind shield. The estimate was very reasonable. I got 2 estimates. They explained the procedures what they will do and how long it will take. I took my car in around 8 a.m. and got my car back around 12:30 p.m. or 1 p.m. They explained what was done. There were before and after pictures. They also recalibrate d my sensors for my car too. They have been around for 30 years. I would recommend this place if you need windshield replacement.

I’m definitely coming back, and recommending him to other family members. I recommend calling him first if you need a part installed, he’ll be honest if it’s “hard/costly” to do.

Don't waste your time with this place. I had called and set up a appointment for 9:30 am, when I arrived they took my info and said it was going to be 4 to 5 hour wait, that he had more cars in front of me. I don't understand why I had to make a appointment. This place is a joke.

This shop was recommended by my brother in law. I needed a windshield for a 2000 Avalon. After calling all over town, this shop was $30 less than any others. I went after work. I arrived at 4:18pm and I was out the door at 530pm. I was also pleased to find out they accepted cards and I could keep my cash.

I’ve had this car for less than 24 hours. Brand new sitting in the garage. The only place this car has been driven is from the dealer to my garage from my garage to this establishment. When I came to pick up my new car it looked great! Just to find out that they’ve damaged the car! And don’t want to take ownership for it. They tried referencing the cameras but of course they were unable to show any actual footage. I’ve been coming here and sending family and friends here for a while now. This is very disappointing, but the guy in the front has offered to have the security camera people who installed their cameras recently come and get the footage. I will update my review once this is resolved. Update: The person I worked with when I dropped off the car has been in contact with me to assure me that they're going to resolve this for me. the owner actually called and apologized for any issues we might of had and has offered to cover the cost of the body shop that helped me get this scratch off the car.
