Zero stars if it there was an option! Had two small buff jobs, one on door and other on front hood. They told me they needed one day. Dropped off my car Thursday afternoon and by next Tuesday morning I heard nothing!! I had to call them in order for them to even start working on the car! Went to pick up car and only ONE part was buffed. Worst experience ever! Don't go here.

Absolutely phenomenal repair of the lower hatch of my trunk. Wish I could give 10 stars. I consulted at least 5 other shops and everyone else said that because the dent is on the body line it would require either an extremely expensive repair or a complete replacement and repaint of both parts of the trunk. Some said a repair wasn’t even possible. Fix Auto not only repaired the dent but also color matched everything perfectly. Don’t go anywhere else. This shop has you covered!

This is the most professional auto body shop you can find in West Covina area.Their response is rapid, estimate is accurate and the service is excellent. I got my Tesla rear ended badly by a truck Feb 2024.The estimate from the Tesla collision center was over $4500(also you need to make an appointment, wait for at least 10 days before the appointment,bring the car in and take the parts out so that they can tell you an estimate) and it will take them at least 3 weeks to fix it. Fix Auto only required me to take several pictures and made an estimate based on my email.They got back to me with a quote not even to the half of the previous one within 2 days and took me only one day to fix (from 9 am to 5pm) which I can’t say thanks to them enough. The staff Eddie was very helpful and professional. He provided us as much knowledge as he could to guide us through the repair process and now our car is good as new. 5 stars and highly recommend!

Fix auto was referred by my insurance company and they took care of me and my car. I was expecting like more than a month repair due to a dealership took 1 month and a half to just get my break pads but fix auto was able to fix all these in 1 week and a half. They even detail the entire interior. I would fire my dealership and fix my car here at fix auto in the future.

I just received my Dodge Caravan back from fix auto West Covina Thursday evening which was 9/11. I only found out about them because I got my car fixed at the same location about 2 years ago and they did a great job, so I went back looking of them only to find that fix auto is now the body at the location, so I gave them a try and overall the experience wasn’t that good. I wouldn’t recommend them or use them again should I need bodywork. Something that was supposed to take 7 business days ended up taking over 3 weeks to repair. Also, my car is now making weird noises near my driver side front wheel that wasn’t happening before I dropped it off. And the door they did work on is harder to open and close now, like I have to slam it hard for it to close properly. They could’ve washed the car after it sitting for 25days but they didn’t. The last place washed and detailed the interior for me. The communication was good initially with them but after they didn’t meet the estimated timeline they stopped answering the phone and wouldn’t reply to text messages when I would check for updates on my car. Please talk to your staff about communicating with customers and updating them consistently during the process especially if the completion timeline that was communicated isn’t being met. Overall bad experience and wouldn’t recommend. Peace.

I took my car to get serviced and Tony was the one that took care of my car. I recommend that if you take your car here to get serviced you go to him. My car was under warranty so it was there for almost 2 weeks. But as soon as they started working on my car the job actually only took about 3 days. Tony was very friendly and they did a great job on my car. I had originally went in just to change my transmission mounts on my car, but they also changed out my axle and since it was under warranty, Tony just said that I might as well just do it so I appreciate that he went above and above above and beyond and went ahead and fixed that also. My car is running great and I couldn’t be happier with the work that was done.
